Uqora Complete Regimen with Flush, Defend & Promote

I'm 81 and have struggled with incontinence for years. In the past year I experienced a series of UTIs that hospitalized me. My Doctor was less than supportive but I noticed the effects quickly. The Flush is a gentle cleanse and easy to do. The Defend helps to battle the bacterial infection. But for me, the introduction of Promote was the big game changer. It promotes vaginal health and has improved the incontinence as well as freed me from my bacterial stalker. I asked every doctor that attended me and they assured me that none of the ingredients would harm me. Check with your physician. It is a bit pricey but you can't take these for an extended time.

This was recommended by my Urologist after my having had a persistent and painful UTI for months. I have followed the Uquora regimen now for four months with not one recurrence! Such a relief. The Flush drink, taken every 3 days or so, is tasty, easy to mix with water. Defend and Promote are regular size capsules. I am hoping this magic continues to work. It’s been a godsend. I purchase this full regimen on subscription so I never run out.

I have chronic UTIs. I heard about Uqora through a family member and was told I should try it out. Since it was created by someone who suffers with the same thing I do, I thought this would be my holy grail. I love how it’s a convenient 3 step regimen each with its own function. Unfortunately this regimen did not work for me at all. Of course it tells you that it’s not intended to cure, treat, or prevent anything. But I did not see any improvement or changes in my urinary health, and of course, still got UTIs while using this product. It was worth a shot but don’t be disappointed or discouraged if this doesn’t work for you. The price point is a bit high but that’s to be expected nowadays.

Very good product. Easy to take and seems to be preventing UTIs

This seems to work for me instead going to the ER for 3 hours. It relieves my symptoms to start, but I will see a doctor if needed.

Having been plagued with consistent and persistent UTIs over the last couple of years I tried Uqora to possibly cut down antibiotic use. And...it worked. Watching the TV commercials and being skeptical and hesitant at first, I am so pleased that Uqora actually seems to work - it does not completely eliminate UTIs but certainly does minimalize the number of them to an average of a couple of times a year from several times. Was discouraged when the formula was changed for Promote Part 3 from daily to taking only the first 15 days and then pausing for 15 days. However, consulting Uqora I was able to customize it by taking Part 3 every other day and it continues to work for me. While it is not covered under my insurance and is a monthly expense, I am and will continue to be a dedicated user for as long as possible.

This regiment works for me. It keeps those nasty UTI at bay.
