This was my first scooter, and even tho i upgraded to a different more powerful brand, its driving experience is unique, the scooter is too balanced i could drive it without hands, the feeling of material also is premium, that justifies the price range

a bit confusing battery indicator, but very stable and fun scooter to ride.

Good quality but After one ride, it's a bit light and unstable. The scooter looks good and trendy but didn't find my comfort in it. The battery can last only in the eco mode otherwise comfort and sport modes can end the battery so quickly

Scooter is high quality and comfortable. However, i received a deffective product. Battery dropped from 100% to 66% for a 4km ride only.

Easy set up straight out of the box. I charged it, and off I went. Suspension is a bit hard, but it is a good ride. The turning circle is big. I enjoy the speed control and get up to 36 km per hour with my bag on my bag. Cruizing along at 35 km per hour is great. IzmyHiBoy is die for a good clean and service. The only problem, but also a pro, is the long, heavy body! The little east clocks in on the heavy side—38 kg.It has an app, so I park it and lock it with the app and walk away. Visibility is great at night. If people do not see you, then they should not be on the road. You will struggle to ride over sand because the Hiboy is heavy, so you quickly break speed when you hit sand, and in Saudi Arabia, there is sand everywhere. Other than that, no complaints! I really enjoy my bike, and the battery lasts me for a week on short trips from home to work. I want to take it back home to South Africa, but it is too heavy to carry! I want to test it out in my home town! Cape Town! Can you arrange one for me in Cape Town please.....?

My 13 year old son loves this. We purchased it to help him get more physical activity during the pandemic while the usual sports are not available. It is so easy to toss in the car and folds and unfolds in one click. Ride is very smooth and seamless. It is much smoother than any of the other scooters we have owned. There is no noise/rattling unlike with others we've had. I figure this is due to the shock absorption. It seems to hold up well on any paved surface and even on wood/docks. He is having a blast cruising the neighborhood. We want to get an electric scooter next but this was perfect for now to encourage exercise. Customer service has also been excellent.

We are a family of 5 and have kick scooters to ride to school or beach or just when we have to park far from our destination. We have 6 kick scooters of various brands (micro, swagtron, razor) and we all agree the highboy is the best! Its sturdy, solid, super smooth ride (big front wheel really makes a difference). Wide footboard. VERY impressive for the price!

I got it without a charger and screws!! Only the scooter which made me disappointed. I have asked for a replacement which helpfully will be as expected. Updatee: I received the replacement and it’s perfect i loveee itt

It seems the product recieved is a display unit. Scooter condition seems to be out of the box for a long time with dirt all around. Received a new unit later and it works great ! Thanks amazon.sa for the prompt action to replace the unit.
