Skip Aqara - unreliable for price point
Skip this and go for Nuki instead. This lock isn’t reliable, and you could easily get locked out. If you do get locked out, one workaround that sometimes helps is trying to lock it again (even if it’s already locked) and then unlocking—but that’s hardly something you should have to rely on. Customer service is responsive, but unfortunately they didn’t offer a real solution. Also, the device was already out of warranty. To be honest, the lock started having issues just 4–5 months into use, which is disappointing at this price point. It’s still usable since we always carry keys as backup, but that defeats the purpose of a smart lock. For comparison, we previously used Nuki, which lasted around 3–4 years—so the difference in reliability is quite noticeable

Amazing Door lock
this is the perfect door lock. It's support the latest technology matter over thread and also support Apple Home key. I have been using it for the past six months and it's perfect. one issue though sometimes it loses calibration if you use the manual process to unlock so I prefer to use the app all the time to avoid re calibration. So I give it 4 stars

Unreliable!!!
The lock stopped working after 6 months!!!.. I wouldn't recommend buying this product or any Aqara's as I always have issues with them.. From someone who heavily and costly invested in Aqara I would say "Stay away from them and save your money"
