I bought two pairs one for a friend for Christmas and one for myself to test .. I have to say that I was impressed, great for watching movies on my tablet or listening to music through my phone when I'm on the go.. frankly the sound is hard to describe, the sounds are so clear and the base very deep.. on the tablet it gives you dolby atmos sound without the set up.. it tells you that you can use them for your phone or tablet but not your tv !! You have to download an app but your phone or tablet manages to find your pods by Bluetooth.. I found them easy to link with my tablet and phone.. and they charge quickly!!

The fit in the ear, the smooth feel of case are all just lovely.I love the solid sound from these, compared to the other Jabra earbuds i've owned in the past. Great bass. The ANC is top class & the spacial sound feature is most impressive.I also love how these can be connected via the supplied earphone jack to other devices, such as airplanes or TVs.They were expensive compared to other earbuds that I have owned, but I'm so happy i invested in them.

This earbud is great but there are some points of improvement.First the fit. It’s tricky. You need to try it a few times to understand the best fit for you. And this makes a lot of difference on the sound quality and call quality. Sometimes it feels like you got the perfect fit and the sound is awesome but the next time the fit is not so good and the ANC doesn’t work well. So took me a while to adapt and enjoy it. After 2 weeks using it I cannot say that I got the proper fit.Second the call quality. The ANC is reduced during calls. So if you are in a noisy environment sometimes it’s difficult to hear the people on the other side. But most of the time they hear you well. So if you are buying this for calls I suggest you test it.Battery life for me is ok. I haven’t charged it in 2 weeks but I only use it 2 hours per day.I haven’t had any issues with connectivity.Overall it’s a great earbud. But for me overpriced even with the discount on Amazon.

Sound quality is good as well as noise cancellation but these earbuds so bulky they keep falling out of ear. Not recommended at all.

Such a bad product. I am not sure whether its is my specific unit or the product in general but it’s bad. The noise isolation mode barely blockout any office noise, pretty similar to the transparency mode if you ask me. The bass sounds subdued and the singing sounds overly airy compare to other earbuds in the same price range. They also sound very low resolution. This is definitely not living up to the hype. You’ll be better off with the xm5 instead. For some reasons these earbuds are priced higher than the xm5. If there’s anything good about this product it’s definitely the fit and the aesthetic (personal preference). You probably wouldn’t be able to find other earbuds that feel so nice on your ears, but still not worth the price you’re paying. I however like the finish better than the xm5 which I am having. Overall not bad but still an over priced product. Instead of being priced at the >230 range, they belong to the 160-180 price range with the pixel pro 2 and the galaxy buds3

I haven't baught mine on amazon... I got new without box from Ebay. These are hands down the best buds I've ever had. Better than sony XM5' and bose ultra and senheiser TW3's. I mean these are levels above in quality of sound and volume. I only listen to electronic music and naturally want more base. I always set the Eq built in my samsung phone and the earbuds app to boost the bass up. However, although I do get a deeper bass it drains the volume out the mids highs so they always sound depressingly low and sad. Not with these. I just turned the bass alone up in the app and that was it. Perfection. The volume and quality is all there. Im over the moon with these. I did have to put the big tips on to get the seal whereas I usually only use the medium. The app is nice. ANC is different but works well in its own way. The buttons are clicky so no accidental touches at the gym. I love these and so happy with them 10/10 well done Jabra.

Had my previous 65t Jabra's for 5 years but battery life weak after tons of use, so I decided to replace them I went for these. Unfortunately I had to return them as the right bud stopped working after a week. Went through all the suggestions from the Jabra support site and again with Amazon but still nothing fixed it. Disappointed as the sound was very good. Had to return them for a refund as not offered a replacement so bought a different brand in the end.

Custommer should now, that it is not going to receive a new product, but used, with box ripped and modified, selotaped inside as well as outside.
