Hi i already have vinyl in my bathroom floor. Is it ok to apply these tiles on top, anyone?

I am absolutely in love with the transformation in my small bathroom. Take a look at the 'Before' and 'After' in the photos. I installed these tiles right over the old vinyl roll flooring. I just cleaned the old floor really well. These tiles are only 1/16 of an inch thick so I didn't even bother pulling off the baseboards. The tile is sticky (try not to touch the adhesive as you will leave sticky marks on your tiles) and easily cut with a box knife or exacto for straight edges or even a sharp pair of sissors for any curves. Super easy to install for a beginner DIY-er. As another reviewer mentioned, the tiles are not perfect, and as the box will tell you, you have to rotate the tiles to get the patterns to match up perfectly. I took off 1 star because of this reason, I feel like it's something that you shouldn't have to deal with. It's been about a month now and the tiles are still holding up great. Thinking about updating my laundry room floor with more FloorPops!

Can this be used on my kitchen floor?

I would think so, I have put them in a cloakroom, they are ok. If yr kitchen is small I think they would be fine. A large area might need smoother sheets of lino?

I know it says you don’t need grout but almost every video I’ve seen on installing these is using grout? I don’t need it for a bathroom floor?

You don't need grout. I did use an aerosol adhesive spray for extra stickiness...

How many would I need for a room 2m by 2m please?

Tile spec: 305 mm x 305 mm (12" x 12")
If your room is 4 Sq m then you may need 45-50 tiles.
