The back metal plate is already pulling away from the device's body, but more irritatingly Trezor Suite doesn't support alternative derivation paths and empty accounts between populated accounts. Metamask also doesn't support Ledger derivation paths with Trezor. It's unusable.

Since buying Bitcoin some years ago I seem to do nothing but worry about it.I’m pretty much a one time investor and not what you call tech savvy so I needed something easy to use (shall we say ‘idiot proof’?!) and secure so I can sleep at night and my crypto is off the internet and secure.This safe from Trezor is compact and easy to either carry or hide away and has a bright clear colour, touch LCD screen which is simple to read, and gorilla glass which is super durable and robust. It also has Haptic Touch and gives nice feedback.It feels a little lightweight though and I do generally find a heavier weight reassuring however that said, it’s very well constructed and sleek looking with a USB-C connection.Theres no battery to worry about as it doesn’t have one.It has very secure additional layers of protection and an easy set up which allows you to add a unique pass phrase in addition to my recovery seed and PIN.I particularly feel reassured by the seller and their open source ethos and I love the pass phrase, and the NDA free chip which is certified.Trezor themselves seem transparent and believe that when it comes to my security I shouldn’t be required to put my trust in anyone and I should be able to verify everything.Trezor have a new service called Trezor expert which offers help and advice from a guide for all their wallets. A one on one session can be booked and you’ll get a walkthrough of setting up and lessons in crypto and your questions answered. This session isn’t free but what a great idea, and a good option if you’re overwhelmed or completely new to crypto.Theres also lots of free very good resources online.Using the app I found it easy to transfer, and I’m sure all transactions would be equally straightforward.For me this safe wallet is a great balance between outstanding security and convenience.Their support of 1000’s coins which translates to a good few hundred blockchain networks should cover most peoples needs.I’m delighted with my ultra safe.. safe!I truly wish I had it ages ago, it offers excellent value, it’s an awesome safeguard and it would be a clear recommendation from me as I believe it to be the safest hardware wallet on the market currently.I hope you find my review helpful.
