Excellent Guide
Ms Croft has written the “must-have” guide for all teachers and students of the Edexcel A level Literature poetry component. The guide is particularly good at illustrating the context that has influenced the writing of these poems. Research of individual poems also helps place them. The guide is clear as to how the technical aspects of the poems, such as the form, structure and metre enhance their meanings. Ms Croft’s prose is clear and humorous, making complex concepts easy to understand. Get it!
