Track shoes
My grandson loves these. He’s been asking for track shoes. The shoes are good quality and has a thick outer shell and they are true to size. They appear exactly as advertised. My concern is that the spikes screw on and I have concerns that if they merely screw on, will they come loose or pop out during running. It does come with a tool to assist with assembly and I guess if one pops out I could use a bonding glue to secure them all. I’ll wait and see what happens under pressure but the shoes are good quality and a good value.

Great for rubber tracks, bad for concrete
You can only use them on rubber tracks. You can not use them on concrete tracks, although you can remove the spikes but it’s still hard to get a grip on the concrete
