What is the weight loading for 4 screws (as I have seen two conflicting ratings, 100kg and 250kg)? Thanks

Depends on what is being drilled into. It's 100kg per 4 screws into concrete blocks, 73kg for aerated/lightweight blocks, and 250kg for steel-reinforced fixings

Once installed, can we unscrew for wall painting, then screw it back in?

Loosening and re-screwing any fixing will cause degradation of the hold especially where plasterboard is concerned. So it is always best to Just lift the TV off the bracket and paint around the bracket and carefully through any holes.

What size is the actual screw? I understand the plug requires 10mm as does the sheath, but what is the screws diametre?

Thank you for your interest in CoreFix. I can confirm that CoreFix original are supplied with 5.0 x100mm single thread screws with a 10mm screw head. Allowing for a fixture depth of 10mm. I hope this help you make an informed decision. Kind regards, Lucy

Can I use the red ones on lightweight blocks if I've ran out of the blue ones?

Hi Ian, thanks for the question. Yes, the products are interchangeable within masonry and aircrete/thermolite blockworks. Please adhere to the advised safe working loads of 100Kg (Corefix Ordinal - Red) and 73Kg (Corefix Air - Blue) over four fixings to ensure a secure fixing. Kind Regards, Andy
