Solid well built product but does not work with soft tops
Unfortunately the product will not work with my vehicle but due to the company's excellent customer service it was taken care of right away even though the problem was totally all my fault

Tools and a very handy person NEEDED! This is NOT a simple install
No drilling needed (bahaha) – this was not the case! We can’t even begin to thank the hosts of our AirBnB, who helped us install this – The directions and diagrams were incomplete, hard to follow, and missing diagrams for the installation of several parts. This MUST be corrected. He had to drill holes out that didn’t align, and we used an impact wrench for bolts that wouldn’t go in by hand - if that wasn’t hard enough to do after 5 hours of trying to figure the awful directions – the back door would not close and he had to cut and grind ¼ inch off the top to make so the tailgate door. I now have a $500 install fee - What are you going to do about this?
