I love a slamball. This one is good quality so far for a very decent price. I would maybe just take the one with less grip as it hurts my hands but I will probably get used to it. But it's a nice size and seems durable. I've only used it for about 2 weeks though but so far I am very happy.

Not much to say other than this slam ball has a texture that feels good and is easy to hold. As you'd expect, this ball does not bounce so if you are expecting some bounce, you don't want a slam ball. If you want a slam ball, this one is great!

This was a great gift for my husband that loves working out. The size is comfortable, the material is thick, it doesn't make any noise when using it. It seems very durable and hasn't leaked at all.

texture is more firm / plasticky vs rubber, but for the price point it's a good value. You can feel the sand move inside of it. Seems to be sturdy

Got the 40 pound slam ball a few months back and been using it regularly for workouts. Really satisfying to pick up and slam down hard - definitely a good stress reliever after a long day. The grip is solid even when your hands get sweaty during intense sessions. The textured surface makes it easy to hold onto without worrying about it slipping. No weird chemical smell either which was nice right out of the box. What I appreciate most is that it has zero bounce. You can really go all out slamming it without having to worry about it jumping back up at you unpredictably. That makes it way safer to use compared to medicine balls that can bounce around. Weight feels accurate to what's advertised. The 30 pounds is challenging but manageable for various exercises - slams obviously but also good for weighted squats, overhead presses, and core work. Build quality seems really durable. Been using it at least 3 times a week for a few months now, both indoors and sometimes outside on the driveway, and it's holding up perfectly with no signs of wear or leakage. Overall a solid piece of home gym equipment. Does exactly what it's supposed to do and feels like it'll last a long time. Good workout and honestly just fun to use when you need to let off some steam.
