Quality and heavy. Not hard to clean with a little soap and water in the sink. I dont cover with foil. Just give it a light spray of cook oil before using. Cleans up like new after cooks and high heat searing. I dont bother cleaning till before my next cook

If you have a slow n sear, you need to get this. Helps with air flow, and keeps your grill clean. Very high quality.

GREAT addition to a 22"kettle, especially if you use the SNS coal side box. I just use it as a catch/drip pan and it not only fits perfect but love the not nasty cleanup of the grill! Cleaning the pan is easy enough with a hot soak and of course a dose of Barkeepers! Several cooks and still looks near new, love it but I do agree that the price is up there but it IS heavy as in a lot of good stainless in it.

It doesn't seem like it would catch much because its shallow. Because its quite large it holds all the dripping of my turkey and keeps it out of the ash. Excellent fit and quality

This is a must have companion for your Slow N Sear. Using this will redirect air flow through the Slow N Sear to get those coals HOT or to keep a sufficient amount of airflow to maintain low and slow temps. However what I really appreciate is how it captures the juices from my protein and keeps the bottom of my Weber Kettle clean preventing gunk from building up around the one touch cleaning system. Just like the Slow N Sear this is a game changer!

I've used this several times on my Weber 22" kettle in conjunction with the SNS charcoal basket. GAME CHANGER! I do wrap it in heavy duty aluminum foil before using it. After 4 cooks it still looks brand new. Definitely saves the inside of the weber kettle from grease build up. Recommend!
