Merach CV30 Pro Curved Vibration Plate Exercise Machine, Powerful & Quiet

I absolutely love this vibration plate! It has become part of my daily wellness routine, and I've noticed a big difference in how I feel after using it consistently. I use it to help loosen up my joints, get my body moving, and feel more refreshed. It also helps me feel less stiff, especially after long days, and I personally feel like it supports my circulation and overall recovery. I've even noticed it helps me stay more regular, which has been an added bonus for me. The machine is sturdy, easy to use, and offers a great workout or recovery session in just a few minutes. This machine is sturdy and works well! If you have Lymphedema or poor circulation in your legs use this machine! My it reduced my stiffness and pains after 1 days use. I also noticed that it helps move your bowels when you use it consistantly which is good because I also have IBS-C. My legs feel less heavy ,stiff and numb after I use this for only 10 min. A day.It comes with remote and its easy to remove.

First time buying a vibration plate after doing hours and hours on the benefits & best ones on Amazon. This one seemed to have good and detailed reviews on here and YouTube. I love the style of the plate, simple & sleek. The silicone grips well with and without socks. The 10 levels of vibration are great & powerful. You can set it on an automatic timer & it will increase and decrease thru all 10 levels. The noise of the vibration is a little loud. But I ordered this Bluetooth one in hopes that the music could cancel out the noise of the machine although I was sent the regular plate w/ out the Bluetooth music option.

I am a 62 year old woman and I have purchased a mini trampoline in the past to help with lymphatic drainage. I could not do the trampoline due to the struggle with incontinence. So frustrating! Then I purchased this on a whim, and wow, what a delight! It is gentle enough, yet powerful enough to get things moving. I believe it is a good addition to everyday lymphatic system health, and strengthening! I was pleasantly surprised that I could do this with no issues previously mentioned and I actually like doing it!

Really like this Vibration Plate by Merach. The reason for 4 stars. 3 minor issues. 1.. The cord is short to plug in. I have to use it by the wall. 2. I had issues with my remote. I mean I could not for the life of me open it. My husband tried and he too had issues. I had to use a sharp razor knife all around the opening edge to pry it open still it wouldn't budge It will turn on and go into 1 DEMO automatic if you like but thats it. My remote I think was not cut correctly from manufactory. I m sure it doesn't happen often. 3. Somehow eer time I clicked the remote as I had my tv series on pause. it fast forwarded each time i clicked the remote. How funny. Other than that it works great. Feels good to all our muscles and bones. Nice way to wake up to and end the day. My grandchildren loved it too. Wonderful vibration plate, just wished it had longer extention.

I just got mine and used it a few times already and can feel a difference. I have thyroid issues that just battle against me steady and this machine is truly helping. So far I love it. Its quiet and easy to us. I highly recommend it

Not as fast as the more expressive ones but it's more than enough. I have no reason to reduce a star. The remote does share some settings with or tv so they sometimes turn each other off.

This product works well although I have not tried others to compare it to but so far it seems to be great.
