Soft, absorbing cloth does a great job cleaning off water spots and bird hits on my second floor windows. The pole was still controlable at 18ish feet with flex, but didn't feel like it was ever too much. The squeegee is still an area I need to master but very happy about not having to haul out a ladder!

Very good pole with easy secure extension giving great reach. The pads are a bit floppy when fitted but worked well enough. Easy to slip off, wash and ring out while cleaning. The squeegee blade is a bit awkward over short reaches, like 4-5 foot. Getting the angle right was difficult - I think the distance between the scrubber and squeegee blade could be increased by perhaps making the squeegee blade tilt forward for correct angle onto the glass. The metal on the back of the rubber blade has very sharp corners and I scratched the window a little while trying to augment the blade on the glass from awkward angles. I placed the microfibre cover over it in the end to prevent accidental scratches while using the scrubber. Using directly under high windows isn't a problem though as the pole is best when near vertical for correct head contact with the window. I think I need more practice with it. Would recommend but be aware of the minor issues.

The product cleans perfectly. It was a bit difficult to understand how to use but once we did it was easy. The reach is as described.
