We use this to make Brazilian coffee. It’s a very fine grind. We boil 48 oz water, add coffee and sugar and let sit 4 min. Then pour over Big Joe into a pitcher. We used to have to sit at the stove and wait as the smaller pour overs reached capacity, pouring in a little more and more at a time until done - like 20 minutes just standing there waiting. Now I can pour in the entire thing at once and walk away as it drips on its own.

Glad I picked up this pour over. Works great. Easy to use, easy to clean.
