I’ve finally found a belt that doesn’t fight against me. I bought this Arcade belt after hearing great things about the brand, and it has honestly ruined traditional leather belts for me. The Feel and Fit - The first thing you notice is the quality of the webbing. It’s soft against the skin but has a substantial weight to it that feels premium. The "performance stretch" is the real hero here. It has the perfect amount of give—it flexes when you sit down or hike, but it’s snappy enough to keep your pants securely in place without that annoying "sag" you get with cheaper elastic belts. Because it uses a micro-adjustable buckle instead of fixed holes, you get a custom fit every single time. Beyond the comfort, the functionality is unmatched; the low-profile buckle stays flat under a pack or untucked shirt, making it just as capable on a technical hike as it is for a casual dinner. Durability and Design - I was worried a plastic buckle might feel flimsy, but the A2 buckle is incredibly tough and low-profile. It’s also metal-free, which makes it a dream for airport security. The belts work as advertised and are comfortable. I like them when traveling, as there's not as much pressure in the stomach area. Highly recommend going to their website to see how to adjust them as the belt actually has an indexing system on them, it's just not obvious. Once you get it, they stay put and work great.

Once my husband started getting older, he started gaining a little weight. Not a lot, but enough so that when he sat down, his belt buckle would dig into his stomach... HARD. It would leave a big red indentation in his skin. Not only that, but I'd have to buy him a new belt at least yearly, because they would break, and he'd have to use duct tape to hold it together. Finally, he was always having to make his own holes for the buckle, whenever he'd gain or lose weight. Which was a pain, (and looked terrible.) July 2024, I had enough. I went on a mission to find him the perfect belt. I did HOURS of research! I was determined to fix this problem once and for all, no matter the cost. I kept seeing the Arcade belt recommended everywhere, so I decided to try it. We usually just bought him cheap $12-$15 belts from one of the big box stores. So this was over twice what we'd usually spend. But you know what? It's been almost a full year, and it's still working and looking LIKE NEW! So we already would've spent the same amount, but on cheap, ugly, uncomfortable belts. He's told me multiple times that this is, hands down, the best belt he's ever had in his life. •It's comfortable- it doesn't dig into his belly. •It's adjustable for when he gains/loses weight. •It's easy to put on/take off his pants- easily goes through the belt loops. •It looks nice! When the day comes to buy him another belt, I'm all but certain it will be another Arcade Belt. Overall, yes, I absolutely recommend getting this belt! I can’t believe I’m writing a review on a belt but I am. Straight up best belt I’ve ever owned. I bought several of these. If you move more than a statue, this belt is for you. I’ve used them for everything from work, to airsoft, to snowboarding. I work in the electrical industry and we cannot have metal belt buckles so this belt is 100% upgrade from what our company gives us. If you have a pair of pants that has belt loops but doesn’t have an elastic band at the waist and you wish it did, buy this belt. The only negative I can give it is this is not going to hold some kind of tool pouch or holster with any weight. That’s not the belt’s fault, that’s just physics. It’s not designed for that, it’s designed to stretch as you move with heavy physical activity and keep your pants from falling off. I wish I could have had this belt when I played football.

So, I have been wearing a leather belt for many decades... specifically the heavy duty belts you can get at the Levi's stores. I bought this to minimize my hassle at airports, but I personally thought it was going to be like wearing a rubber band. I figured it would rollup in the loops and just be weird. How wrong I was. This thing just works. It doesn't roll over. When you have it dialed in it's everything a leather belt isn't. Supportive without being constrictive. It keeps my pants up just as well or better. Now, you do have to be mindful when you unbuckle to hold the ends so they don't wind up shooting out of your first loop... but you learn that once the hard way and never forget. This is my new daily driver. Wish I knew about it sooner.
