I have been using the generic flonase for years and swear but it, especially now that allergy season is making me want to tear my eyes out. it works well and is a great price compared to the brand name. I don't notice any difference between the generic and the brand name. There's a flowery smell when you use it, which i dont mind. Overall very effective and good value.

.. to spray Away from the Center if the nose.. I find after years of use ( im allergic To hairspray, kinda problematic when you Work in a salon).. Sometimes i catch myself forgetting this... Ive tried the rx, riteaid, equate, now this.. DID YOU KNOW?.. In order to get a stamp of approval from the FDA, a generic medication must be "bioequivalent" to its brand-name counterpart. This means that chemically the two must be pretty much the same, although makers are allowed 20% variation in the active ingredient from that original formula.... THATS WHY, THOUGH SIMILAR, THERE ARE DIFFERENCES.. FOR ME AMAZON IS MY #1 EQUATE, CLOSE, BUT #2 Rx #3 Riteaid #0 hated it, gave me a headache Everyone is diff, but this works best Good price, and delivered👍 While i dont like taking anything, this at least works without makin me sleepy, or my heart race ( decongestants) Works best with a loading phase to get ahead of the allergic response, then maintenance, doesnt work as well on n off If just allergy to trees, id prob load in march then maintain n ween off Since mines yr round, i loaded 3 sprays a day 1 each side am, 1 side pm.. , then my maintenance is 1 spray one side a day, during tree pollen, ( alt sides) ..then i taper to 1 spray one side ev other day for rest of the year...i find if i skip 2 days, its not as good..bc i get behind.. 👍👍👍👍👍

Works just as good as name brand but a lot more affordable. I get severe congestion with my allergies and this does the trick for sleeping at night

This allergy medicine has helped where others I’ve tried have not. Price is great compared to other over-the-counter name brand products. I will definitely buy again—when I run out!

Originally, my parents brought me a spray with the same components as this one. My entire life I suffered from allergies and would sneeze a lot pretty much everyday. I used the spray they brought me for a week twice a day and then another week, once a day. It worked like magic! I stopped waking up to immediately start sneezing like crazy. After those first couple of weeks, I'd use it only whenever I had an allergy outbreak which stopped happening often as well, even when I was around cats which was the biggest triggering for me. Once I ran out of that spray I came to Amazon to check if I could find it here, luckily it is under the Amazon basics. I bought it right away. My husband had the same issue I did and his allergies went away too. More recently a good friend of ours who's a cat owner, told us about recurrent allergies caused mainly by his cat, we suggested this spray, he used it for the first couple of weeks and he's now allergy free as well. Even when sleeping and cuddling his cat. So 100 % recommended!

I've been using the name brand since it was only available as a prescription. I have pretty bad allergies and chronic sinusitis and fluticasone spray helps a great deal. The name brand has been OTC for awhile now but is quite expensive and is one of the meds that my insurance doesn't cover, even if it's prescribed by a doctor. The generic/store brands can be difficult to find locally so when I found the Amazon brand, I figured I'd try it. It works as well as the name brand and the generic/store brands I've used in the past. The price is good and it's been available every time I've needed to order it. I find that ordering it in a 3 pack is the most convenient and cost effective and am glad that it's available in the multipack. I'm very glad to have found this and plan to continue to purchase it in the future.

This generic "Flonase" helps my nasal mucous membranes a great deal. I suffer from almost permanent stuffiness and without medication i snore terribly. This product reduces the swelling of my nasal passages and allows me to breathe easily through my nose. I was first prescribed the branded version of this around 1990 when it first came out. I do worry if being on long-term nasal steroids affects my already poor health - or has even caused it in the first place, but now I strictly use it at night and I sleep much better with it. During 2000-2018 I was taking Pseudoephedrine (Sudafed) every single day. The overall effect was the same, but I ended up with impacted sinuses that required multiple antibiotics and eventually had to be flushed out to get rid of infection. The tube in my last bottle didn't go all the way to the bottom, which makes it difficult to use the remainder. Other than that I findnit eady to use - just put your head upright, gently hold one nostril closed while inserting the spray into the other, then as you press the plunger you briefly inhale (not enough to inhale it into your lungs, but just enough to get up around your sinus passages) - then what I've found is you quickly snort in & out like a dog sniffing something... what that does is move the spray deeper into your sinus openings and it works juch more effectively.
