I was very sceptical about buying these but i took the plunge. I'm a 50 something male carrying around a spare tyre any mobile tyre fitter would be proud of. I often keep a fleece or jacket on even on hot days as I'm embarrassed by my belly. This vest is never going to give me a flat stomach and turn me into a catalogue model but it does help to look a bit better when wearing a t shirt. Compression can cause a bit of discomfort over time but overall really happy with this.

Just a tight fitting vest. Doesnโt do anything to compress or contain. I now look exactly the same as before, but with a vest showing under my shirt and sweat a bit more thanks to the extra layer.
