I absolutely love this Koolstuffs Silicone Bread Sling! From the very first bake, it has made a huge difference in my sourdough routine. The silicone is super non-stick, so dough slides right in and out of the sling without any sticking—no more struggling with parchment tearing mid-lift! It’s also easy to clean; I just rinse it off or pop it in the dishwasher, and it’s ready for the next bake.

Love this sourdough set! It hasn’t stained and it so easy to use inside a Dutch oven.

Work great! Handles are long enough but not to long. I use a 6qt dutch oven for sourdough, bake at 450°f with no issues. Note that the silicone does get hot! It you need to reload bread back to back I just rinse them in water real quick to cool them off, dry them and then load my next loaf. I keep the flaps outside (close the lid over them) because when I left them in and took my lid off the last 10min of my sourdough bake to get a golden crust, I was left with a light stripe across the bread from the flaps laying on it. Just something to note. For the money they're a great value.

Just used this for the first time and I find it completely helpful. I was using parchment paper to line the dutch oven but burned my finger on the rim trying to adjust it. This is much easier since your hands do not need to get close to the hot pot. Followed the instructions for 1st use by boiling it and was pleasantly surprised to see that the markings were in no way faded or missing. Follow this direction! I noticed that the pot I boiled it in had a whitish residue which must have come off the product, a by product of the manufacturing process no doubt. I had my doubts placing this in a 450 degree oven for 30 minutes, but it came out looking just as it had be fore going in. Would recommend.

Love these. Concentric measuring rings ate great to help center dough and side flaps are long enough to avoid burns
