OMG THIS WAS PERFECT FOR MY HIP THRUSTS! WHEN I WAS NOT USING THIS THE BAR WOULD CAUSE SO MUCH PAIN TO MY PELVIC BONE DUE TO HOW MUCH WEIGHT ON THE BAR. I TRIED JUST USING A FOLDED UP TOWEL BUT NOPE. I'VE USED THIS FOR A BIT NOW AND LET ME TELL YOU, IT MAKES SOOO MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE. I DONT DREAD DOING THEM AS MUCH NOW SINCE THE IS NO PAIN. THE PAD IS STURDY BUT ADDS CONFORT AT THE SAME TIME. IS NOT FLIMSY AT ALL. JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF THICKNESS. THE MATERIAL ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PAD IS SOFT AND DOES NOT GET SWEATY. THE PAD STAYS IN PLACE WITH THE VELCRO FASTNER. IT'S ALSO THE PERFECT SIZE FOR MY BODY. I'M A FEMALE 5'8 190LB. WORTH EVERY PENNY! GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT.

Love this mat, I used this at the gym due how some equipment hurts my legs, especially when doing hip thrust with heavy weights.. game changer!!

I’ve tried a lot of the tube like hip thrust pads and they aren’t long enough or thick enough. This pad is amazing and I don’t feel any digging on my hip bones and it’s plenty wide! Only issue I have with this is how wide(short side) it is, it’s hard to get where it needs to be to start my set from the bottom because it shoves into my stomach and makes it hard to breath and get it over my hips for the bottom of the reps. Other than that it is AMAZING for hip thrusts and has left my hip bones bruise less and much more comfortable.

I don’t normally leave product reviews, but this pad is great. I had basically given up on hip thrusts because the barbell hurts my pelvis so bad. I have used one of the traditional cushions before (the round thinner ones) and I still had pain. I figured I’d give this one a try and it surely did not disappoint. I have no pain when loading up on the weights now! I also use it on the ground for cable ab crunches or kneeling shoulder presses, etc. I’m so glad I found this pad!

Wish I had purchased this sooner. I lift very heavy on hip thrust. I wish it was just a little longer on all sides but still great quality.

Unfortunately this did not meet my expectations. I got this specifically to prevent my hip bruising while trying to put on heavier weights. I cannot do the heavier weights because the pad straps ramming into my rib cage, especially with the heavier weights. I thought it would be more cushioning but definitely not comfortable. Disappointed as I now need to go purchase another pad, and I will opt for the circular pad as opposed to this shape. :(

Great product, big and thick, Too bad I left it on the weight machine and someone stole it at the gym.

Good amount of padding, the square shape can dig in a little but better than other pads ive ordered previously

Nothing wrong with the product, but for me not heavy duty enough. With a roller pad it certainly assists but still needs either to be thicker or more rigid
