UPDATED REVIEW: I reached out to the seller about my item no longer working and they immediately sent me a new one. Really appreciate the prompt effort to remedy the situation. I would recommend just based on the customer service experience alone. I had this item for less than 6 months (with what I’d consider very little use), and it has completely stopped working. New bulb didn’t help either. Liked the style and felt it worked well when it was working, but frustrated that it didn’t last long at all.

Bought the for my Gf and she absolutely loves it. I wasn’t sure what to expect with a candle warmer lamp, but this thing actually surprised me in a good way. It’s super easy to use—just set your candle under the lamp and turn it on, no flame needed. The dimmer is honestly the best part. You can control how strong the scent is just by adjusting the brightness, which is nice depending on the room or time of day. It also gives off a really cozy glow, kind of like a lamp and candle combo. Big bonus is how much longer my candles last now. Since you’re not burning the wick, the wax melts evenly and you don’t get that black soot or wasted wax. Plus, it just feels safer—no open flame to worry about. Only downside is it can take a little longer to get the scent going compared to lighting a candle, but once it warms up, it works great. Overall, really solid buy—especially if you like candles but want something cleaner, safer, and a little more modern.

Worked for about 8 months then stopped. Figured the bulb burnt out since I had it on ALOT. But even a new bulb didn’t work. For the amount of time I had it on verses the cost.. I have to say it was worth it enough I may buy another one.. just sad things these days aren’t made to last.

Works well. House smells so good. Good value. Looks nice. No worries about flames. Timer is a plus.

I ordered this as a gift for my daughter and she absolutely loves it! The white and gold are super pretty and looks great with her decor. The adjustable neck makes it easy to fit different candle sizes, and the timer is such a convenient feature. She doesn't have to worry about remembering to turn it off. It melts candles evenly and really brings out the scent without any flame. For the price, it’s such a great value and feels way more high end than I expected. Highly recommend!

Honestly won’t ever go back to burning a candle the traditional way. This makes candles last SO long and they don’t look ugly. I keep it on the lowest setting most days. Kinda want to try the hack where you melt chocolate under it!

I enjoyed this candle warmer and loved the different strength settings and timer options. Worked very well but has a short lifespan. Ordered this item in November 2024 and it has shorted out in June 2026. Unsure how to ask for a replacement/warranty, but it would be greatly appreciated. It's a great design and is very stylish as a home decor piece. But, it no longer works.

This looked really good. It was my own fault for not realising it was only 110v and therefore I cannot use it here in my location. I assumed it would be 110-220 but it is not. Looks very nice, however.
