Fantastic headphones, long lasting charge, lightweight, comfortable, companion app works well with lots of audio profiles to choose from. Connects to my PS5 seamlessly (via supplied dongle) and also connects to android phone with no problems (bluetooth) and can easily switch between the two

These arrive well packaged and immediately feel premium quality – certainly a step up from my previous Sony Pulse headset – these are also far more adjustable for fit (the Pulse had none). Set-up up with a PS5 can simply be plug-in the wireless dongle and play, but to get the best from them use the mobile app for customised profiles – these made a big difference in CoD. Audio quality is great (better than the Pulse) and the mic works well to. Battery life is excellent. My negatives are mostly minor, and not entirely Arctis's fault. I'm not a fan of the slide out mic, are these really needed these days? The Pulse worked fine without one. Volume control seems to go from too quiet to too loud in an instant and it's all in the last 10% of the volume control movement. Finally, and this is mostly down to Sony gatekeeping it seems, I have to keep insert the USB dongle whenever I want to use the headset (also the headset can only connect wirelessly to the PS5, not via Bluetooth) – I didn't have to do this with the Pulse headset – leaving the dongle in and just switching the headset on/off was all you needed to do to switch between headset/tv speakers. Overall a very good headset with some minor irritations.

Very good overall sound and mic quality, noise cancellation is great but you are still able to hear yourself as a side tone. The app is also great for changing up mic volume and much more. Overall would recommend.

Excellent quality. Very easy to change the set up to suit the game you’re playing with the app. There are hundreds of games listed so you don’t need to try to figure it out, unless you want to, then you can customise the sound yourself. It has different modes for movies and music too.

Having gone through various cheap gaming headsets for my little boy, we bit the bullet and got him these for Christmas, and haven’t regretted it at all. He uses them with a PS4, a Switch and an old iPad with no issues, and 7 months later they’re still working perfectly despite being taken on various holidays and road trips, and no doubt thrown around a little bit. The microphone quality is great too (the cheaper headset mics always seem to fail quickly). The only minor thing I’d say is that the spongy earpiece cushions have become pretty grubby looking, and I’m unsure how I could clean them as I am not sure they’re removable (we have the white version). All in all though, I would definitely recommend paying a bit more for a better headset like this, rather than going for a cheap one that will need regular replacement.

As a person that wears glasses this headset has been one of the most comfortable. Previous headsets would press against my glasses and give me quite a headache after prolonged use. Quality is amazing as is the battery life! Microphone quality compared to the PlayStation headsets is unbeaten
