Great product, great price
Wish I'd bought this many years ago. My plants love it - and it's such a simple set up, even an old lady can figure it out. I love it!

Things to Note
So far I'm digging this set-up. I researched several before deciding on this one. I'm a software tester so testing devices is fun for me. Here's my thoughts: 1. Set-up was easy. There's a couple videos to help. 2. Yes, the manual font is small; I found it readable however, the diagram is ridiculous - you'll need a magnifier for that. 3. I found the device UI intuitive. 4. People complained on other brands how difficult the hose was to get on the connectors; this hose is soft and was easy to get on. 5. Once everything is connected, flush the line into a cup the first time until all the air bubbles are gone. I started with one dripper at first to keep it simple for testing. 6. Look at the output of water while flushing; this will help understand how much water comes out. 7. You need to press the OK button after choosing a setting. If you don't, it will disregard and revert back to the previous. 8. I noticed the dripper will drip at the top if it's leaning back far enough. If you set it at the edge of a planter and it's leaning far enough, water will drip over the side. Again, test this out while flushing the water through the dripper. See how much lean it takes for the water to travel up. 9. As others have mentioned you want this up and running a couple weeks before vacation in order to "dial it in"; heck, you might want to just keep this thing on even while you're home for convenience! I'm using mine at the office. 10. While someone pointed out that the drippers are not adjustable, you can designate how many drippers are in a pot. I don't know how long these devices have been around but any time something new comes out it won't have all the bells and whistles on the first version. I am confident with time they will add new attributes given our suggestions, etc. 11. Note that it's not safe to leave this device plugged in all the time. 12. When cutting the hose, cut straight, not at an angle, so the edge will sit up against the connector all the way around. This will ensure no leaks. Con(s) IMO: - I would have preferred a plug-in vs rechargeable. To recharge you have to either be close to an outlet, have a long enough usb-c cable to reach or take everything out of the plants in order to haul the unit closer to a plug for charging. You can't disconnect the tubes from the device and expect to reconnect them w/o cutting a fresh end off the tube. I love this so far. I believe the device is reliable.

Rechargeable battery does not last for 30+ days as advertised
I bought this to water my plants while I was out of town for a month. I set it up a week before leaving to make sure the right amount of water was dispensed. Then, the night before I left, I fully charged the timer. Cut to 30 days later and I came home to wilted and dead plants. I looked at the timer and it was completely dead. I had plenty of water left in my bucket so think the timer only lasted for two or three weeks. I’m recharging it now and will see how long it actually lasts (I will update this review with my findings). I had to throw away five of my beloved plants and the rest are sad looking bc I had to cut off the dead stems and leaves. Hopefully they will recover.

Essential for vacations
I love these and own several. Easy to set up and configure, and haven't had any leaks or issues. I will say that after using them for years I would not recommend using them for everyday watering. Yes it works, but over time the pumps get progressively weaker. You don't want these things conking out while you are out of town. So I leave them programmed and installed and ready to go so when I head out of town I just turn them on and top off the water in the buckets and off I go.

Great Product but do some Experimenting first
I find that this automatic watering system works pretty well. It actually works quite well for the price that was paid. One thing that I found about the device is that it really doesn’t supply a lot of water through the small tube that is provided. So, in order to get enough water to your plant, you end up having to run the device a bit longer. Before I actually used this device on my plants, I set up the configuration that I was planning to use and did some experimentation on the amount of water that the device provided. As it turns out, I have to run the device for six minutes in order to get, 1/4 cup of water to my plants. This was a very useful experiment as I had no idea how much water was being delivered to the plants from the device. With this bit of experimentation, I was able to provide the exact amount of water to my plant that I desired. I would suggest, that when you purchase this device, you also run your own experiments just to make sure that the device is providing the water that you need. The plant watering device comes with a battery that is USB rechargeable. When the device arrived, the battery was probably at about 3/4 charged. I plugged the device into USB and charged it up to 100% within a couple of hours. I have now been running the device for about a month and the battery level still shows 100%. So I am very pleased, with the performance of the battery within the device. If you plan to provide water to more than one plant at a time from the device, you will need to experiment with the amount of water that is being provided. As mentioned earlier, the amount of water provided by the device through the small tubing is small and will vary based on your configuration. Another suggestion that I would make is that you try to keep all of your plant tubes the same length. What I am trying to say, is that you have a main feeder tube that is connected to the watering device. Then, small plant specific tubes are “T”ed off of the main primary run. Try to keep all of these smaller plant tubes (coming off the “T”) the same length. This will help you to keep a consistent amount of water going into each plant. I found that trying to water more than two plants became very difficult as the amount of water going to each plant was much harder to determine. Even when I kept the smaller tubes after the “T” the same length, it was still hard to get a consistent amount of water from each of those tubes. One other tidbit, I will provide about this device. Be sure to keep the watering device itself physically higher than the water source. If the watering device is below the level of the water source, you will siphon all of the water from your water source and end up with a mess. So, be sure to keep the watering device elevated as described in the instructions. All in all, I really like this product and I am happy that I purchased it. The automatic watering device has made keeping my plants watered while I am gone for extended periods of time very simple. I would recommend it for your use as well.

Automatic watering
I set this product up to water a basil plant for testing. Setting it up was easy. Programming the controller was easy, and the parts appear to be ideal in size and of good quality. I programmed the unit, and tried the manual watering to see how much water would come out. It does drip as opposed to flow easily out and I think its better that way. It provides more control. The device is very compact and back lit with easy to read labels. The only problem with this product is that the pump mechanism is not water tight. If your water source is above the pump and above the plant especially, then the gravitational pull on the water in the line will actually pull the water through the pump and into your plant causing a permanent water flow leading to overwatering and spilling as indicated by the last pic of water on the floor. It's comparable to a siphon. To fix this and eliminate this problem, the water source must be below the plant. Even as I placed the pump almost on the ground, it did not stop the flow. It’s a simple fix. I did want the water source on top of the fridge so I could water my basil plant but I just cant. So Ill reposition everything. Im looking forward to expanding the watering line and watering multiple plants outside in the patio area. I would buy this product again. I guess you need to get in touch with the seller to buy more waterlines and parts though. There is no number to call provided.

High quality
Amazing device that keeps plants alive. Build quality is great and the water pressure high enough for a long distance. It has been almost a year and no leaks at all. And installation is easy.

Semplice da installare e sorprendentemente efficace
Meglio di quanto mi aspettassi. L'installazione è davvero semplice grazie al sistema di tubicini e raccordi a T e permette di gestire comodamente più piante in vaso. Nel mio caso riesce a distribuire circa 2,5 litri d'acqua in 20 minuti, equivalenti a circa 7,5 litri all'ora.

BRILLIANT! So easy to setup
I was anxious when I saw all the pipes but watching the video on here made setting this up so easy. I tested it for a few weeks before a planned holiday and I will be able to depart knowing that all my beloved plants will be find whilst I'm away. The watering efficiency is very good and it's dead easy to adjust to increase or decrease the flow (I have mine set for 3 minute watering every hour). Quality is great, connectors work well. Excellent quality and value for money and functionality wise, plenty of options for any possible configuration. Plants are booming and look very healthy and it's made watering them so easy even when I'm at home - I just simply top up the reservoir which is just a large bucket.
