Perfect sirlon
Sirlon cuts're completely uniform, perfect shape. Meat's fantastic on the grill, everyone enjoyed it

Good top sirloins
Although sirloin steaks don't have the same reputation as ribeyes or NY Strips, these were surprisingly good. If you don't like a meat that's too fat like ribeye, this is your steak. It's tender, juicy and very easy to prepare.

Not close to expectations
There are many beef producers out there with great marketing, however, a raving ad must ve earned. I bought 6 6oz sirloin to give them a try. In my 74 years, I've pretty much got grilling down. Medium rare will do just fine. Disappointment with the first bite. Extremely tough and frankly not a huge amount of flavor. For the $46/lb I'll stick with my local meat shop for his finest, offered at half the price. Oh well...live and learn.

Very poor quality meat I would never buy again.
These are truly awful. Restaurant quality? Must be a very low grad restaurant. These are tough, stringy and not acceptable. I was expecting steaks similar to Omaha Steaks in quality, but these are not even remotely close. I expected individually packaged steaks, but no, all in one plastic bag, so they have to be separated. NEVER AGAIN would I buy these, at best they need to be cut up to small pieces and cooked in a slow cooker on low for 9 hours just to make them softer. In my opinion, these are not Prime quality, or even Choice quality, but lower grade quality, so no marbling. Ugh!!

Disappointed
Their very small and don't look anything like it appears in the add and I'm very DISAPPOINTED. Just a little small, I hope they taste better than they LOOK
