I like a glass of red every other night. As I'm getting older I tend to worry about the damage it may be doing/done. With this easy to follow test with quick results, I know now I can open another bottle 🤪

I used this kit once before reading the other reviews. I can tell you how it was to use but I have no idea if it is accurate or reliable. The C E on the advert is the European C E not the Chinese CE and it claims to be a UK product. (If you are interested look up what CE means). I had a look at the company website which gave me some confidence although I would like to know exactly where it is made in the UK. I can not see any documentation that shows that this product has been tested in an independent lab on the advert or in the instructions. Maybe it has been and I missed it. In summary make up your own mind if you trust it to work. After some thought I gave it four stars at that point. The product looks professional. The basic instructions are excellent, although the included info leaflet seems confused, tick boxy and has bibliography that is clearly not meant for us users. Good detail though. Given the size of the box it would have been better if the colour chart that you use to assess the colours was at least that big or maybe twice as big and folded, rather than less than half the size of the box. This along with the tiny print on it must be a problem for many of its target customers. This seems an odd design choice and loses it another star making it 3 stars. The excellent instruction card means that it is a simple procedure, I made some notes of what to look for as the terminology/symbols are not consistent. For example Nitrate then NIT, ASC and Ascorbic Acid and they are not in the same order on the hints card as on the colour chart/test strip. Again maybe consider all demographics when producing these things. You wee in a container, put the test strip in , two other steps then wait, the results take 30-120 secs depending on each thing tested. All mine came back normal which was a pleasant surprise and I have no reason to doubt the results. That ease knocks it back up to four stars.

Wish I had read other reviews before…as others say this is not a test for your liver as advertised and I was looking for, it is a general at home urine test that could indicate a range of health issues using different parameters. From the write up I expected it to include 1 test just for liver function so I knew it wasn’t right then it had 5 tests. I have bought other home tests advertised as general for less money. So don’t be fooled by the pretty yellow packaging when in fact you receive a box with fold here lines and pixelatd writing, not filling me with confidence. To finish off, some of the sample square fell off when dunked so had to use another strip to get all the results.

There were supposed to be 10 strips in the box and there were only five. It was a different box altogether. Therefore I’ve paid for 10 strips and only got 5
