Big Train Chai - No Sugar Added Vanilla Chai (1.6kg Bulk Bag)

This is not my favorite brand of Chai for taste but it taste great and is a great value. Being a powdered mix, it does not have to be refrigerated. The flavor is great but I like to add a slash of a flavored syrup too. I like the No Sugar Added variety so I can add the syrup and still be consuming less sugar than the sugar variety. (I am not a strictly sugar free person, just don't need extra!) I always pack some when I travel and Got my mom hooked on it too!

I love this product, despite the difficulty of getting it fully incorporated with the water without leaving little clumps of dry powder. I just use an electric milk frother to break them up. My last order, however has taken away one star from my review cuz it came with a hole in it and some of the powder was all over the packaging of the other items in my box as well as, sadly, losing probably an entire serving of chai. That was what hurt the most! I tried to do a product return and they won't return it even though it's only been 2 weeks. I enclosed pictures of the hole with my return and we'll see if that gets us anywhere. Otherwise I love big train chai, always have. Just not all over my other items in the box and the entire inside of the Amazon box. That was sad, but it smelled wonderful

The taste of the low sugar version is really good. I found I can use less mix than suggested and still get a flavorful drink, and I can't compare it with the regular version, but this one tastes good enough that I wouldn't try the higher sugar one. However, one thing I can't understand is how the package isn't resealable. I need to either use a container for it or put the bag into a gallon Ziploc bag. TL;DR is that the taste is really good but the package doesn't seal, so be aware you'll need to use something of your own for that.

This has a mild chai flavor, more milk tasting than I prefer. 3 stars because it doesn't mix well and leaves chunks in drink. I've made it in hot and cold by stirring and shaking and still leaves clumps of mix in. I wouldn't buy again
