Great for costumes. I dressed up like a fox for Halloween and I got a lot of compliments on the tail. It attaches very easily to a belt loop. I was very fluffy.

My son is in his 20s and into Furries. IYKYK. His fox costume/suit is purple and black and matched this tail perfectly as part of his massive key chain collection for a regular trip to the store. He keeps it hanging out of his pocket to represent. And I’ll say, he definitely gets looks everywhere we go. It is beautiful, long, brightly colored and seems well-made. He loves it and that’s all I care about. Great value for the money. I would purchase again if something were to happen to this one.

Long lasting even for daily use and very soft, I've been through 2 so far and they seem to very between size a bit but the colors can be a lot different when it comes to blue/black ratio. I also wanted to add that there is a plastic core that the hairs are attached to that will break when the tail is bent. If this happens the fur can split weirdly (only when bent at the same point) this does not usually cause chunks to fall off but it has happened over time, when it happens I just retrim the fur a tiny bit and it looks almost new.

It was awesome but the only problem is that the fur keeps falling but it is in good shape

PLEASE DONT BUY THIS TAIL!!! I am a therian and for Christmas a few years ago I asked for a tail and received this. At the time it was advertised as faux fur (fake) IT IS REAL FUR FROM A REAL ANIMAL. if you want a fake tail please do your research to make sure it isn't real, and if you really want a real one PLEASE get one off Etsy or purchase one locally if you can and make sure it's ethically sourced. THIS IS NOT ETHICALLY SORCED DESPITE WHAT IT SAYS. I am sure it is real because I trimmed a bit of it and burned it slightly, it smelled like burning hair rather than melting plastic. The tail itself also smells slightly and it broke a while ago, and while I was fixing it I saw the leather on the inside that was 100% real. These farms where they get these tails are cruel and abuse their animals. ONE LAST TIME PLEASE DONT GET THIS.

Very fluffy and full once aired out. Once the package came there was a smell but it wasn’t a smell like it came from a real fox it’s just a smell like a stale warehouse smell that is normal. You just had to air it out, airing it out also made it be able become fluffy again since it came in a vacuum tight package. The package said made from real fox fur but ignore the package since it’s a common package used by people who sell real fur tails and faux/fake fur tails. Recommended, will be buying again.

Hi everyone!! Here's my review of the tail I ordered, which is Sun Fox. The tail is soft and not very thick; I'd consider it a little thin, but the texture is very soft. There are parts of the tail that are missing fur, and in the center, I feel something hard that I think is bone, which might make it look realistic, but I'm not sure. The length is true to the description, 16 to 18 inches; the 18 refers to the length from the keyring to the tip of the tail. Overall, it's pretty decent, although I don't like that it's not very fluffy. But in my opinion, if you want a realistic-looking tail, or if you simply want a real one, this is the option for you. I'm planning to return it in a few days, though I'm not sure yet. That's all!

not as fluffy as in the picture, but still a good accessory. it also doesn’t seem like it’s real fur, you have to be careful and make sure it’s ethical when youre buying tails online. probably won’t again, just wanted to test it out
