My naturopath dr. Recommended this product to supplement minerals. I take it 2 everyday at least 1 hour before my workout and I notice that I tend to feel more longevity when I do that. Definitely part of my supplement program as I trust Biopharma Scientific. I also use their fish oil(lemon flavor) for my omega fatty acid supplements.

Label seemed off
Gave me a terrible headache and made me feel awful. The label seemed off and amazons label was covering most of it . I can’t return and I’ve only taken 4. Waste of money.

A bit pricey, but an important mixture of minerals that are needed for proper balance.
Recently told I have to drink at least twice as much water a day as I was to support my BP falling. I was getting feinting spells when I'd get up and walk around, and it was dangerous. A doctor suggested I keep at least a gallon of water nearby and drain it on a daily basis. I kind of hate all the trips to the bathroom, but it's something I need to do. A downside is that I tend to lose more minerals that get washed out through the kidneys with more frequent trips to the bathroom. I need to watch that as the condition from that is just as bad as dehydration. The supplement includes 10 important minerals, and while Sodium is not among them, I can get plenty of that from other sources. The form of these is supposed to be absorbed well, and I feel a little better after a week or so using them. Recommended.
