Awesome turtle
My daughter loves odd gifts and this was a very cool gift for secret Santa. Good quality. You can see it clearly 360. The no eyeballs adds to its cool factor. It’s lightweight. So can’t be used for a paperweight. Daughter loves it.

Amazing. I collect dead specimen whether its wet, bones or taxidermy. Not too small for the price either. My husband loves it.

Conversation piece
I never thought I’d own a taxidermy squid—but now that I do, it’s easily one of the most bizarrely fascinating pieces in my collection. The moment I unboxed it, I knew it was going to be a conversation starter. And I was right. First off, the craftsmanship is wild. The tentacles are preserved with eerie precision, curling just enough to look lifelike without veering into horror movie territory. The eyes? Glossy and haunting. It’s like it’s still watching the ocean floor… or maybe me. Either way, it’s got presence. I placed it on a shelf between my vintage diving helmet and a jar of ethically sourced sea glass, and it instantly became the centerpiece. Friends come over and say things like, “Is that real?” or “Why do you have a squid?” And I just smile and say, “Because it’s awesome.” What surprised me most is how oddly elegant it is. The muted tones, the texture, the way it casts shadows—it’s strangely beautiful. It’s not just a specimen; it’s art. And yes, it’s a little weird. But that’s the point. If you’re into marine biology, oddities, or just want something that makes people stop and stare, a taxidermy squid is a bold, unforgettable choice. I didn’t know I needed one… until I had it.

Cool Present Idea!
I got this as a gift for my teenage son, like all teens, they are hard to buy for! He loves it. It is definitely a real turtle, the resin is clear and you see every feature on the specimen.

Nice gift!
Came as described! Was a perfect gift and felt nice and durable. Although it did feel smaller than it looked on the pictures it was to the exact size it said.

Got this for my older brother for Christmas because he said he wanted a pet octopus, not so much of a good pet but a great desk piece for his computer!
