Using Rylan umbrella from last year it was good, ordered another one this time for my family member in September 2025 and it’s already broken in just 2-3 uses The description says lifetime replacement, want to opt for that and let me know the process for the same (Not able to upload the video also) No contact/support details of Rylan company anywhere on the amazon or internet

Quality is not satisfactory

It’s big enough to keep you completely dry, and the wind vent design makes it windproof and durable even during strong gusts. The automatic open feature is very convenient, and the build quality feels sturdy. Perfect for men, women, and travel. Truly amazing and highly recommended!

Good quality, easy to handle, compact enough to keep it easily in hand bag.

Umbrella has a button which opens and closes it. After you push the button to close, you need to push the handle for fully closing it. It takes a bit of effort and my younger kid is not able to do so. So, if an adult is purchasing this umbrella it is good but do not recommend for kids.

Most pathetic umbrella that I may have bought.Automatic opening / closing mechanism gives problems frequently and gets jammed. It turned so bad that I wasn't able to open the umbrella as it was stuck in closed position and upon opening it with more force resulted in breakage of handle.Pathetic build quality.will never buy and advise others to look for better options that give a better qualityproduct in same pricing.Go for sun umbrella or Amazon basics umbrella
