BH Cosmetics Eye Shadow Palette, Galaxy Chic

Beautiful colors, when you apply it the color is intense and long lasting. Delivered 2 days before promised time. I also have their Solar Flare palette and love it. Highly recommended!

I've purchased this palette twice- one for myself when it first came out and again now for my best friend for Christmas. I'm a space lover always on the lookout for quality makeup that's cruelty free- so this was a perfect find. This is a BEAUTIFUL palette, everything is spot on- the colors, consistency, pigment, packaging- it's all great. I'll add pictures with swatches to show how it looks on someone with a colored skin tone, but the pigmentation of these shadows is fantastic, not a lot of building necessary for a bold look. They all blend incredibly and depending on where you grab your powder you get a different take on the same blend of color. The fallout is minimal, the packaging is magnetized so it doesn't pop or fall open, and it's lasted me almost 7 months without any inconsistencies or issues. This is an AMAZING palette to get if you like space, bold eye looks, and cruelty free cosmetics.

I had never heard of BH cosmetics before, but saw this as a related product to limecrime's venus palette. After being impressed by the customer images and the cheaper price, I bought this and it arrived very quickly 3 days later. 3 of the colors had little indents in them but nothing I would consider broken/cracked. There was a lot of bubble wrap and other wrap to protect the palette. I am not much of a makeup person, nor would I consider myself a makeup guru, but this palette makes me feel AMAZING!!! The colors are super pigmented, as seen in the flash pic with the "Jupiter" color, where I just rubbed my finger in the color and onto my eye to test out how pigmented it is. These colors definitely make me feel crazy glamorous and I have not been able to stop taking selfies. DEFINITELY worth buying! I'm a complete BH fan now.

I absolutely adore this palette! The colors have excellent pigmentation. They work the best over a neutral or even a white shadow base to really have those colors pop! I love the variation in colors and the depth that comes with the multi-colored swirls in the palette. The packaging is super cute too! However, there are a couple of things that bothered me about my particular palette. Nothing major, but I believe they do matter. The color Neptune on my palette looks exactly the same as the color Earth, which is right next to it. I've noticed in other photos and reviews of this palette that this color is supposed to be a deep, more solid blue. Yet, mine looks like a duplicate of Earth, which is a disappointment as I was looking forward to using this color. I've even swatched them side by side and they look way too similar. The other thing is that the shadows are indeed a bit delicate. As a result, even though they were packaged correctly, one of the shadows in the color Mars arrived broken. This is just a slight inconvenience, really, as shadows are easy to repair, but it's still something to be aware of.

Okay so I'd like to state for the record, I purchased this palette for my birthday back in May of 2018. The photo I've uploaded is from today, October 2020. When I initially purchased this, I was concerned that the shallowness of the colors would mean that it wouldn't last very long. Now though, after Two Years of regular use, this palette is still going strong! The colors are really nice, and has a pretty good pigmentation to it, with just enough thinness to it to make the colors blend together really well. It's come with me everywhere my makeup has gone, with honestly extremely minimal wear to the outside of the palette. On top of that, the cosplay photo I uploaded was from a local anime convention last year. I was cosplaying Starfire, and had forgotten my orange facepaint back at home. All I had for a substitute was the color Venus in this palette. After contour and setting it with some of my powder foundation, I was honestly surprised to report that the results were even better than if i Had used facepaint! Would recommend and buy this palette again and again!

Came as described and it’s GORGEOUS! The pigment, in my opinion, is a little bit light, but it’s still very beautiful.

I watched probably 100 reviews on this palette before finally deciding on it, and I am very torn in the end. The formula, while dry as to be expected with a baked shadow, is of good quality. However-it is nearly impossible to pick up with a brush. Being that I -and most women that wear makeup in this style- have fingernails, trying to apply with the fingers gets messy and not precise in the least. Color payoff is not horrible, but much better with a wet brush as most baked shadows are...enter the brush issue again. The marbled look of the shadows themselves is incredible, and gives a slightly different look each time they're used. For the astronomy enthusiasts like myself, it is very visually appealing, but I hoped the application and wear would stand up to the novelty. Price is extremely fair, and packaging is sturdy cardboard like most other palettes. Overall a gorgeous palette but I know that BH Cosmetics has better by way of quality and ease of use.

Beautiful product eyeshadow is long lasting and easily removed good for sensitive skin

I love this palette - the shades are all highly pigmented and because they're baked shadows you can apply them wet or with your finger for a more dramatic or metallic look, or with a brush if you want to blend the colours for an ombre effect. I'm just surprised at the quality of the palette for the price, and the packaging is adorable!! Lots of the shades are a swirled colour combo which looks awesome when applied on their own. Highly recommend!

Je l'ai reçue en temps et en heure, la palette est tout à fait conforme à mes attentes - Les couleurs sont très belles, mais il faut savoir que ce sont des terres donc on peut les utiliser à sec ou en mouillant son pinceau pour plus d'intensité. Très contente de mon produit.

Je suis totalement amoureuse des couleurs. Et si on les appliquent mouillés, c’est encore mieux. Le seul petit bémol pour moi : le rose tire plus sur le rouge, et les fards sont un peu poudreux. Mais pour le prix j’en suis ravie.
