Great TV! Box came mostly unmolested and TV looks new no problems with any damage or scratches Wonderful picture especially with 4K Blu ray discs Sound is OK but I use an amp, decent speakers and a sub so it is excellent as well I like the way the LG remotes functions they are mostly intuitive Set up is not overly difficult I used some help from the web for some settings the rest on my own Bought the re-manufactured unit as it was quite a bit less expensive than new That is until the next week when they went on sale and nearly matched the price I paid for the reman unit All and all still a good purchase

I wasn’t sure about making such a large purchase on amazon - but I’m not disappointed. The tv came with all manuals and accessories as described. The picture is awesome. The delivery was seamless. A call and delivery setup was great.

Amazing picture.

The seller was extremely helpful. First delivery, the TV was damaged during transit. The box was punctured, and the screen was cracked across the bottom. I contacted the seller, and they were very quick to get a replacement shipped out. The delivery time was unfortunately long, but it's also a very large TV, so there has to be some expectation that it would take a bit. (Also came from halfway across the country). The TV itself is BEAUTIFUL! Perfect darks, sound from the TV directly is pretty solid (although I did add external speakers because that's even better) and the color is phenomenal.

I love this tv. If you are in the market for one this is a good one. Without doubt.
