Works Great for Limited Time
I bought this unit in June 2025. It worked great until November 2025. During that time, it performed reasonably well. It was positioned in an area between my kitchen and den. I kept the filter cleaned twice a month. As others have stated, it has started freezing over and no longer functions correctly. Most likely, it is due to a coolant leak, which effectively means the unit is trash since the repair would cost more than its worth. For $200, I expected better longevity. Do not recommend. Would not purchase again.

Wow; exceeded my expectations in every possible way!!
Hello, I bought this dehumidifier because I had a leak in my apartment. I found this new product on Amazon and took a chance on it even though it was minimally reviewed being such a new item on the market. I have to say that I am extremely satisfied with the results and for measure this dehumidifier absorbs about 1 1/2 to 2 gallons of water a day from my small apartment. My environment went from a 49% humidity level to a 35% humidity level after using this machine daily. The money value for the quality is outstanding! i’ve been using this product for a couple of weeks already and the set up was easy. Another great feature to mention is the sleek modern design which looks fantastic and hardly takes up any space in my studio apartment. The noise level in my opinion is minimal and very quiet for the size so overall this product for me has been a perfect fit. And The last thing I’d like to mention is that this product does come with a three-year service warranty and a 60 day return window just in case a buyer is not happy. This also far exceeds any other warranty and return window on any other equivalent product thats currently available. This product is top notch and i rate it A+A+A+ from my experience. Kindly note that if anything were to happen in the future that needs revising. I will make sure to update and revise my review. Thank you

Works extremely well at eliminating milldew in my basement. Basement smeIl is entirely gone.
I have had very good luck with my two Ogacfo Dehumidifiers (Model FDD25-529OZV1RS) - 4,500 sq ft dehumidifier for basement. I bought my first one in July of 2024. I immediately noticed a difference in my basement. The smell was gone. The air felt great. Mold buildup ceased to be a problem. And, I was pulling out nearly 5L of water/day. So, I recently purchased a second one and it is working just as well as the first. There is no assembly required. I just plugged it in and let it run. It is extremely quiet and does the job all year round. My peak usage period is from April to October when the humidity levels are at their highest. I unplug it in the winter months when the humidity levels cease to be problematic here in the Brandywine Valley of Pennsylvania.

Nice Humidifier - worked great and quietly
I bought this after hurricane Helene flooded my home. This unit really sucked the moisture out of the air and helped get the house dry. It was easy to use, and the feature of putting the hose into the sink rather than use the drain pan was great when it would fill quickly. It was relatively quiet and I have no complaints with it

Good, but not great
This dehumidifier works well. It is a little loud but not intrusively so. The storage well could be larger. The biggest issue is that you remove the bucket from the back of the unit rather than the front, and worse, the cord is in the way of removing it. So in order to remove and empty it, I’ve been stepping on the cord, pushing the unit forward with my other knee (in order to straighten the cord) and then removing it. Same in reverse to replace the well. At least then it’s not full! Additionally, I had experience Ted the unit to automatically shut off when the bucket is removed but it does not. So if you buy this product (and it does work well), get in the habit of shutting it off before you empty it and turning it back on when you replace the empty well.

Overstated capacity and poor ease of use. Terrible value.
Poor performance and poor ease of use. One STAR is too generous. It is better suited to be used with the designed front to be facing the wall and the designed back facing into the room resulting in an unattractive item. 1. It does not remove as much humidity as needed. I replaced a failing 32-pint capacity unit that worked fine for 15 years. The new 52-pint unit could not keep up. The capacity is exaggerated. 2. Removing the collection bucket to remove the collected water is difficult. The collection bucket is on the back so the unit must have a lot of space behind the unit or you must turn it around to remove the bucket that results in splashing water over the sides. To use it I will have to have the RH indicator display facing the wall and the intended back facing into the room. 3. The electrical cord location interferes with removing the bucket again causing spillage. 4. To use the hose for continuous draining, the outlet is on the back. The provided flimsy thin-wall hose (.005-inches) is too short to be of any use. . 5. The collection tank is tiny, 5.5 liters ( 11.63 pints). The dehumidifier can fill the bucket in about 5 ½ hours. 6. The water level indicator is on the back. To see it I must turn the unit around or have the “front” facing the “back” facing into the room. 7. The instructions are poorly translated using words like "wind" and "indicatoe". 8. The support email address provided doesn’t work: <[email protected]>554: RCPT ([email protected]) does not exist 9. It arrived with the electrical cord stuffed through a small hole and knotted in the water bucket. The bucket top cannot be removed so it was very time consuming to remove the cord from the bucket. In removing it I damaged the bucket. • ORDER PLACED July 1, 2025

Works amazing
I have a damp basement/garage that I had 2 smaller dehumidifiers running in that would fill up in about 2 days or so, and didn't do much as far as making the air feel dryer. I picked this one up and wow it filled up quick. I dumped it 3 times in 1 day. I ended up putting it above my sink with the hose running down to the drain, and I got the humidity from near 90 to mid 50s. Definitely happy with it. Unsure of longevity as I've had it only for about a month and a half, but it's been set to continuous dehumidifing for most of it and it's worked great. Also, my electric bill increased by much less than I thought it would. Would recommend.
