Build quality is good, the usb ports really helps makes the desk setup neat.Size and weight is reasonably good.

I purchased the 8 socket with 2 PD and it working fine. Initially I found the plug fits is loose l but I used it was fine. There is no heating issue Even I used plug the wifi router which is always on. Also surge Protectors is very good for my WFH set up.

Bought this product after returning MX surge protector as it was first time sent wrong product, just power strip only! After returning it, this time they sent correct product but defective, there was no ground connection showing. Got refund and bought this Honeywell surge/spike protector. Unlike MX product, this one has a great build quality with superb finish. After using it for sometime only we can rate it for its durability.Update: Today the surge protector burnt with huge noise and stopped working. Luckily nothing happened to the equipment. Sent an e-mail to customer support and don't know how long it takes to repair or replace. I am in Hyderabad and I couldn't find any service centres in Hyderabad.Update: Received a new replacement unit in a week!

Quality of the extension is good but received defective as it trips the breaker when connected, might be a technical issue. Requesting a replacement.

On first looks - just great! Well built exteriors, broad to fit plugs on both sides. Light indicators give a good indication that power is ON. The R&D team has failed to study the Indian market to see the variety of plugs that must fit into this board. I have a tough time to fit 2 pin mobile chargers with rounded pins to fit snugly. It will just pop off at the slightest movement. As some has also pointed out even some 3 pin laptop plugs just slips off. I don’t understand why an iconic company has such poor R&D? Just open up an anchor or other mass market companies and see how they are able to fit all kinds of Indian plugs. My intuition is that the contacts this board makes touching the pin of the plug is set very low. Lift the contact higher and you have resolved the problem. Will the company answer?
