Saw results soon than I expected.
I didnโt expect to see much of a change so soon. I have noticed a significant increase in my ability to stay focused since taking it. It also has made a difference in my quality of sleep. The price is more reasonable here than at other retail stores. Would definitely recommend it.

Ashwaganda is Good
I use another product with ashwaganda and it does help me. This is fine, does help, but pretty pricy. I like tea and the other supplement I use better. Will probably not purchase this again honestly. I would say this is a good product to try if you are new to this type of supplement so I would recommend it, just not going to repurchase for myself at this point.
