Yes, so much yes.
Our go to for hot days. This has become our fav way to get those electrolytes in. My daughter only likes water so trying to get her to drink electrolytes for those tournament days has been a struggle YET she loves these. *The flavors are perfect. Not too sweet/tart. *Best when given cold. I also started eating these for my triathlon training days as well. Helps with the hot days and sweaty days. Overall worth it.

Easy peasey snack and energy
These are the best for hot days out and quick snack during game time play. Also appropriate for when you have the poorlies. Taste great and not liaded down with sugar. I keep in freezer for slushy like treat or fridge for on the go in coolers.

10/10 would recommend!
I run ultramarathon's and I was looking for something that went down easier than gels, didn't taste terrible, and wasn't criminally expensive. A girl on the track team I coach recommended these to me and I've fallen in love! I've used them for 2 races now and they work great! My only tip would be to make sure you have a carb + electrolyte mix in you water bottle since these poaches don't have enough to sustain long efforts on there own. Other than that they're a perfect option if this is the kinda thing your looking for. 10/10 would recommend!

These are tasty. Not too sweet and provides a good, healthy snack in between my son's soccer games. I even told my co worker about them for her uncle who runs marathons. They are really good, cold. I even used one to bake some pancake bites! Would buy againl
