My son wanted a "gaming" PC for his birthday, so after looking at all the options, I bought this one. 1. Because it has such cool RGB lights. 2. Everything came packaged together! Monitor, speakers, mouse, PC, and windows 11 Pro. 3. It comes with 32GB of RAM and 1TB of Hard drive space. It has some great specs IMO. Set up was a breeze! Turn it on, connect WiFi and click Next a few times and voila - done! I installed Steam, Roblox and Scrap Mechanic and he's been running those games all day with no issues whatsoever ever. Now we've only had this a day, but so far so good!

My 12 year loves it Update: Do not buy this computer!! The computer worked for 2 weeks and then the WiFi disappeared off of it and I had to hook it up to my internet box with an Ethernet cable then a week later the screen went blue. I sent the computer back and the company said I sent it back broken which isn’t true and tried charging me a restocking fee of $253.18 and I paid $477 for the computer now I had to file a AtoZ claim on them to get the rest of my money back!!

Absolutely terrible company, I bought this in December and it just does not turn on anymore. It keeps going to a blue screen and now it just stays black. I tried messaging for a refund or atleast some way to try and fix it and they said there’s nothing they can do. Do not buy there computers. They screwed me out of $400

This is a great computer easy set up and everything I needed was with it

So far so good. Seems to work fine. I'm not a gamer so I can;t speak to that. I just wanted a Window 11 computer that didn't look boring. I'm a 65 year old trying to keep young. I was a little disappointed in the monitor. It definitely looks used. I was hoping for something a little more modern looking.

Great product

If you are looking to do any online gaming don’t count on the WiFi on this pc as it is just a usb WiFi adapter not internal drives. It came with a Radeon rx550 which works for most older/simpler games. Heck it ran Warzone II on low graphics at about 30 fps but I went ahead and upgraded to a sapphire ex 6400 graphics card and it got a noticeable improvement in speed and quality over the rc 550. This is my very first gaming pc ever and it has actually impressed me for the price and shocked some of my buddies that have top tier pc’s, because it actually plays games pretty well for the price

I had an issue with logging into the computer i had purchased. Support sent me a flash drive, so that i was able to redownload windows. Very helpful.
