Casa Aroma Genie - Ultrasonic Aromatherapy Diffuser (Black)

I was unsure about this item because there were so many versions online that looked similar...and the photos aren't very clear. Now that I have the item in hand, I can tell you that this is very high quality. The black ceramic is very high quality, thick and matte. The bottom portion is high quality plastic that looks very nice alongside the ceramic (without looking closely, you can't tell the difference in materials.) Another area that I was uncertain about is the glowing strip. This is really just a white plastic area that separates the sections. When the light is turned on, it shines through the plastic and doesn't look as gold/yellow as the photo. And, it can be turned off. The pictures also led me to believe it was bigger than it is. It's actually somewhat small and cute. Not too small...just not a big eyesore. It works really well and sends a nice scent throughout the room immediately upon turning on the device. Just add water and 4-5 drops of essential oils. And it turns off automatically when the water gets low. I love it!

Can't think of a thing that would cause me to give less than five stars. No complaints at all. A little expensive relative to some others, but then it looks nice sitting on the counter rather than like a medical device, so I guess beauty is worth the extra money. I've never diffused EO's in my home with other than a candle diffuser before buying this one. An aromatherapist recommended the ultrasonic type. I'm surprised and impressed at how well the aroma fills an entire room. Much more effective than the candle style. Very simple, very easy to use, very easy to clean, very attractive. Amazon always reliable to deal with.

I am happy with this purchase. The device is pretty, makes no noise, works very well and it does make a difference from using a candle diffuser. I bought it to use next to my cats' sand box, so I needed something that goes on for longer than a candel diffuser. This one goes on for up to 7 hours if you use set it to stop every half an hour. It has two setting: stopping every half an hour, and going on non stop (up to 3 hours, if I'm not mistaken). The cover is black ceramic, very pretty and discreet, so it won't interfere in your decoration. In this picture in Amazon it seems to have a golden line, but it doesn't (good!). I think it is supposed to show that this is the light that you can turn on. I don't use it, but this light actually looks very nice in the dark. It's supposed to be relaxing, and it is. The only reason I put four stars is that I still think it's an expensive little thing. It is a simple machine, it doesn't seem to justify being sold by over $100. At least this is my impression...

I used it 4 times and it leaked, then it stopped working, Amazon would not return it as it said time frame was up for returns, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

This is a nice looking product and it arrived very quickly, no complaints there. It appears to be well made. The first week it seemed to work really well and the aromas from the essential oils were very pleasing. It has been almost a month of use and it does not seem to put off any sort of aroma unless you put your face directly over the "spout". I clean it regularly and have not done anything different, not sure what is wrong.

This product works ok. The water vapor does not come out strong, as photo refers. So the area this item works on is quite small, maybe one bedroom. I had higher expectations due to product description and reviews.

A perfect transaction. I've been using this diffuser for several weeks - the unit looks and functions as described. I've had three other diffusers - all with lights and programmed sound that could not be controlled very well. This award-winning Toast Living diffuser is quiet (silent; no gurgling), diffuses beautifully (full steam and intermittent settings) and looks great (aesthetically pleasing in every room). With a "silent" auto shut-off, it is perfect for diffusing at my bedside for several hours over night. I use filtered (reverse osmosis) water and high quality pure essential oils (about 5 drops); the unit runs for several hours and does a nice job purifying the air of my 1200 sq ft space. I'm very pleased with my choice and great communication from this seller.

I was really surprised that my order came in 5 days, and delighted, as my sinuses were so stuffed up. Just a short time ,and I was breathing clear again with my essential oil diffuser. It was easy to use, but on the second time around, I put the case on half of the water cover top and only a little flowed out and it ran for only 1 hr at a time. Be sure the outer, black case slips right over the water compartment top. This works great, very quiet, and nice looking. buy it, you couldn't love it more.
