Ineffective Suction
Unfortunately this product doesn't work or I received a defective product - it certainly doesn't do what it shows on the side of the box which is a shame as believe me I would have loved to have been delighted with this product - hoovering is one of my least favourite chores. The suction is minimal - so anything other than the most lightweight dust/debris doesn't get picked up. The width of the suction hole is also small so it doesn't cover much area. Maybe the designers need to have done some more hoovering to be able to produce an effective product :-) I was impressed with the way the programmes work as in how it moves around to cover the area needed to be cleaned but it's pointless that being good if it doesn't do the job intended. This has unfortunately earned the accolade of being the first, I believe, of all the Amazon products that I have ordered that I have ever returned and having just gone through the returns process I am really impressed with how easy Amazon has made it to return things. It has been in the past why I have been reluctant to order certain goods as it might be a real hassle and waste of time to return it but Amazons process is simple. Well done again Amazon! :-) Sigh now to the hoovering - with a proper hoover - drat!
