I originally bought MenoSupp from the website and I have been using it for half a year now. My experience with hot flashes and night sweats were severe and somewhat horrifying. I wasn't able to sleep during the night due to constant sweats and chills and for obvious reasons didn't want to try hormones. I tried black cohosh and it did give me some relief but I still had the occasional daily episodes of hot flashes even though I took two a day. After taking this product not only my hot flashes and night sweats were GREATLY DIMINISHED, but it has had a enormous effect on my mood swings . You have to give this product 3 weeks to a month in order to see the full benefits but once you see the results, you would NOT want to go off of it and another upside is that the price is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this product to all who are suffering from menopause symptoms.

Update: 1/14/17 I'm in my 4-5 bottles (lost track) This supplement has not completely diminished my hot flashes (there are days where I have no hot flashes at all & somedays I get it 1-2x a day) but it helps making it bearable. I will never be without this supplement. So happy I found this here in Amazon.I just started getting hot flashes, (which feels like an internal furnace) but no night sweats yet. And I'm on the 2nd day taking this supplement. So far it has reduced the occurrence of my hot flashes from the very first day I took this pill. I am also sleeping all night no hot flash sleep interruptions. It hasn't completely diminished my hot flashed but it's not happening as much & the hot feeling isn't as bad as before I took the pills. I am now not dreading getting older (the BIG change of life phase) lol. I'm so happy I found this pills here on Amazon, I will be coming back for more that's for sure! Easy to swallow & no after taste. Now I wish it also helps me to lose my menopausal weight gain.

I don't know if I have ever written a review before, but this supplement has truly improved my life. Before taking, I would suffer with terrible mood swings prior to my period, migraine headaches associated with my period, and terrible clots during my period. I haven't had any of these issues since I started this. I have been on it for a full 3 months. I can't believe what a difference it has made in my mood, depression, and irritability. I wish I had tried this years ago. My husband can't tell anymore when my period is coming--now that's amazing!

Did not work for me. My I went back to my progesterone cream and had relief in a week. These types of supplements will either work with your chemistry or not. I sent it back. I took it for about 3 weeks. I believe that if a product is going to work a person should see it within 2-3 weeks that there is at least some improvement even if minor.

To all the people out there, THIS PRODUCT IS THE TRUTH. I cannot begin to explain the wonders it has done for my family and friends. Many of them are different people (much better people) from taking menosupp. The people writing the negative reviews probably did not TAKE IT LONG ENOUGH. THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT HELP IMMEDIATELY IT TAKES TIME, BUT BOY WHEN IT GETS GOING YOU FEEL SO MUCH BETTER. BETTER MOOD, LESS HOT FLASHES, everything. If this product went away I would be totally screwed!!!

What can I say I bought it for my grandmother and there were no drastic changes right away, but after a few weeks it seemed like it was helping her!

I have tried many products for hot flashes, and I started using this one a few days ago. The hot flashes have decreased a little and mood swings are improving.
