I made a Curry Pasta Goulash with This paste. It turned out amazing and all for my boys loved it. I used 1 lb of ground lamb 1 lb of ground beef Three cans of Rotel, one can of garbanzo bean strained, One Whole Package of Curry Paste, 16 oz of tiny pasta shells, One whole onion chopped and minced, Two teaspoons of minced garlic, 6 tsp of cilantro 8 oz of pepper jack cheese shredded, One can of corn sweet strained and drained. Three medium potatoes Peeled & cut into small squares, And three cups of chicken broth boxed. This is quite spicy so if you're not loving spice you might not like it However it tastes amazing. You can use this paste and make a ton of different meals but this is one of our favorites throw it in the crock pot and let it go It turns out right every time. It's so easy to prepare and it leaves the house smelling with the curry that lingers and makes you so hungry as it cooks. It's got wonderful flavor and it will leave you wanting more. I put dollops of sour cream on each bowl and we pair it with bread and butter. If you want my opinion you can't go wrong with this one. If you love Indian food but you want to cook American food with an Indian flavor by this you can use it in almost any space that you would normally use a different sauce.

These products give me so much versatility with items that I can bring home in a can like beans, or pre-cooked chicken as in a rotisserie chicken, or with the prescribed uncooked items that they list on the package. With a very small amount of imagination and of course, the gift of tasting it as I’m cooking it I have adapted these items Such that I can have these unfathomably good flavors right there in my pantry, waiting for something delicious to be created. With a little bit of common sense, I’ve turned the butter chicken into a chickpea butter, chicken with cabbage and ground coriander and having all of those amazing spices already mixed already done already turned into what is the magic of Indian cooking and to be able to add things to adapt to my eating schedule and what I have available in my house has been such a gift. The spice level is perfect, the flavors are so incredibly well done. I keep these on repeat in my kitchen and on order because they feel a need for the delicious flavors of India with what I have on hand. Adapting them is kind of the most fun.

Actually turned out really delicious considering the convenience of it! I’ve been working on making Indian food from scratch and it’s been a process! This was easy, delicious ,and simple to make. We did add some yogurt, and garam masala to add a little more flavor! I will definitely buy again! We served with seasoned chick peas that really worked out well! I believe next time I’ll add a thickener such as corn starch as it was a lot more watery than I would prefer! Over all though 9/10! I’d highly recommend giving it a go if you love Indian food and want simplicity!

Got mine for only $11.99 but before I went to get some more, the price jumped up to $14.99. No big deal but if you cook more than 1 pound of meat/protein you'll probably will need 2 boxes. This package comes with 6 packets of 3 flavors. Just letting you realize that it will cook 3 different entrees. Bottom line...yes it's tasty!

This is a delicious and pretty clean ingredients curry paste to cook in a few minutes a tasty dish for three people. I like the three varieties it comes in this combo, the curry is spicy but not too much for my taste but if you feel is too hot you can always water it down a bit. These curries pair well with pita bread and white rice and should be part of your pantry if you want a quick and delicius indian style meal.
