Works perfect on my backpack to lift the shoulder straps and cushion my shoulders.

I picked these up to take some pressure off shoulder straps when carrying heavier gear, and they ended up making a noticeable difference. The padding is what stands out. It’s thick enough to actually reduce pressure without being overly bulky, and it spreads the weight out so it’s not digging into one spot on your shoulder. They fit well on wider straps. Once you slide them on and position them, they stay in place and don’t constantly shift around while moving. That was something I was concerned about, but they hold where you set them. The material feels durable. It doesn’t feel like it’s going to flatten out quickly, and the stitching seems solid enough to handle regular use without coming apart. What I like most is the comfort improvement over longer periods. Whether it’s a bag or sling, it makes carrying weight a lot more manageable. The only downside is they add a little bulk to the straps, so depending on your setup, it can make things feel slightly thicker on your shoulder. Overall, they do exactly what they’re supposed to do. Simple, comfortable, and a worthwhile add-on if your straps tend to dig in under load.

Easy to install and very comfortable. My plate carrier didn't have padded shoulder straps and these were pretty inexpensive but are holding up well so far.

Improved my weighted vest a lot. They did not look as padded as I hoped but actually worked very well.

Its alright for my new bag, but tbh I wish it came with more cushioning like cotton on the inside because it isnt the most cushioned it could be better but its alright.

These shoulder strap pads provided the extra padding and comfort I needed for my carrying strap since they did not have any padding at all.

5 stars, why not; they are exactly what theyre supposed to be, they made a heavy hiking packback + climbing rig MUCH more comfortable on the shoulders with zero effort, and were very cheap. The elastic loops are much nicer than a woven nylon, as the stretch allows you more flexibility to install things with them, e.g my water bladder hose + nozzle that wouldn't have fit without the stretch. Went on a rocky 4 hour hike earlier with a very challenging elevation gain and off-trail climbing, these pads stayed put on my straps and my shoulders dont feel anything, unlike my last hike which was half as long and I felt like I had no skin left. Huge bonus :)

An easy solution that provides additional padding to your shoulders. Note that the padding around the edges is softer than in the middle. They can slip around but overall work as designed. My backpack has little to no padding on the straps and there are an improvement.

Great price for quality product... Not much else to say really - just works and is comfortable.. The extra loops handy for attaching small carabiners and hooks...

These are really nice with padding and Molle so you can attach things to them. I have a good backpack I use to commute to work, thing is I have to carry my laptop back and forth and it is heavy. The backpack has a waist strap but it is not padded, so I put them on the waist strap and it really helps to alleviate the weight from my shoulders to my waist. I am really happy with the purchase!

Looks good. Not sure of the performance. Just put on my wifes bag. Hopefully it helps her shoulder issues.
