I ordered this following two pregnancies after experiencing brain fog and memory issues. I am learning multiple languages currently as well, and discovered that my memory recall has gotten a lot better! I have gotten feedback from my tutors that they have seen a change in my ability to retain information, so I would absolutely say it has been effective in boosting my memory and supporting my brain health. There is no taste, they're easy to swallow, have a pure white color but no chalkiness / residue, but I have noticed diarrhea since having started them. I can vouch for the efficacy of this product if you’re deficient in choline. There are plenty of products out there, but this one actually works, and you can feel the difference. My energy levels increase on the days I take these, and my focus improves throughout the day. For me personally, I don’t get any side effects, but each person might be different.
