I am a line dancer and knew there would be plenty of it at our wedding. I got these for the bottom of my wedding heels and they worked great. I put them on after photos were done in the grass and they stayed on still to this day they never lifted. I did cut the size down on them to size them so my shoe which is suggested in the instructions. I didn’t buff my shoe bottom or did anything special to make them stick. I didn’t feel them slide or catch at all. A perfect way to make any shoe a “leather slick bottom sole”. Very cheap and affordable.

Love them! These work great ! They stick like no tomorrow once they are in they don't move I even used them on a sneeker style bin flat surface jazz show and they molded into the creacaces like butter ! Going to order more and turn sneakers into ball room dance shoes lol !

I've been using this for all of my heeled dance shoes. They work great. I even put a small toe cap patch (1/2 moon shape) before I put a front patch so as to lift the toe area for the ease of move. Once you learn how to trim it to each shoe (note: right & left shoe may not be 100% mirror image), it gets easier. They really stay on. But I've noticed, depends on the color, some are more durable than the others. Grey one has been the poorest quality of all - it gets shredded when I use metal brush to fluff it up. Other color patches don't. (If you don't know this, dance shoes bottom can get flattened and become to slippery. This is when we use a metal brush to comb up the texture of the suede leather to increase the traction). Over all, I cannot live without these patches for my dance shoes. I just ask the manufacturer to keep up with the quality suede - after all, these are for working shoes, not for an occasional use.

Exactly what the doctor ordered! I (we) do 50's Rock n' Roll, Free Style, E. Coast Swing, and Fox trot. My 80+ yr. old knees are loving these soles. I can spin without torquing my knees. Without them, we wouldn't be dancing. He uses them also. They last approximately 1+ year and when they start to wear out I pull them off (yes, it's not easy) and replace them.

These pads are nice to put on the bottom of your shoes so you don’t stick to the floor when you’re dancing highly recommend them and it could be fit to your shoe

I bought this years ago on Amazon. If you want this for dancing, be aware because this comes right off very easy with friction heat. I danced a few songs in indoor laminate floor with no direct sun on the floor. After a few dances with spins and turns, the lads were not in place and came right off of when o tried to fix it.

I always have a spare pair. I've been using stick on soles for several years. They work well for dancing, just be aware that they are NOT for every day, outdoor use. If worn 'outside' they will not be effective for dancing and will deteriorate within weeks. If treated properly they should last for about a year of weekly dancing. The adhesive holds well, but when it's time to 'resole' they can be pealed off easily. Never put a new one on top of an old one.

The soles were almost the perfect size for my shoes. I only had to trim off a small piece around the toe. If you follow the directions, the soles were super easy to apply. I have danced a couple of times now and they have stayed firm. Perfect fix instead of expensive shoe repair shop.
