I’ve been using BELTER Pouches for a couple of weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed. They’re perfect for when I need a quick boost without reaching for another coffee or energy drink. Great product! A great alternative to coffees and energy drinks and tastes great.

This may work for some, but didn’t do much for me. Took quite a while to get into blood stream and only gave a mild lift. The packet releases its caffeine by wedging it deep into your top lip / gum, though it did start to sting a bit and the taste was not to my liking. It takes a bit of practice to make sure it stays put ( do not swallow it ), and it’s a fiddle if you want a drink ( need to use a straw ). Comes in a handy little box . I expect it may come in useful If you want a discreet boost without guzzling an energy drink.
