THORNE Creatine, Micronized Creatine Monohydrate Powder, 90 Servings

I have used Thorne products in the past and trust their quality control and testing, so I felt very comfortable choosing this creatine. While it's not quite as convenient to dose as the individual packets, it's definitely less expensive! Just a tip: the scoop gets buried pretty deep in the tub, so be sure to dig around for it instead of assuming it's missing like I did. :)It is completely tasteless and mixes smoothly without clumping. Since adding it to my routine, I've noticed better overall energy and easier muscle movements. It's especially a great idea for GLP-1 users since protecting and supporting muscle mass is so important during weight loss. The biggest thing to keep in mind is the commitment—creatine needs to be taken consistently around the same time every day. I originally planned to do a loading phase (4 scoops spread throughout the day), but I couldn't get a strict daily schedule to stick, so I opted for the slower approach instead. Still very happy with the results and will continue using it!

I’ve been using Thorne Creatine consistently and it has worked extremely well for me. I usually take it about an hour after my workout, mixed with water, and it has become an important part of my fitness routine.I really like that it is micronized creatine monohydrate. The powder is easy to use, mixes well, and I haven’t experienced any stomach discomfort. Since adding it to my routine, I’ve noticed an improvement in my strength and workout performance, and I feel that it supports my recovery as well.I also appreciate the simplicity of the formula and the quality I expect from Thorne. I’m very satisfied with this creatine and will definitely continue using it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality creatine supplement.

Thorne is the best brand out there for supplements, no questions asked. I have been taking creatine for about 3 months now a the differences are astounding. I have gained about 15 pounds of muscle, and I feel as though mentally I have a clarity I haven't had in a long time. The powder itself is clump free, easy to mix, and doesn't have a strong taste at all like other brands. I think for the price and product you are gettin, 90 servings is generous.

I’ve been happy with this creatine because it’s very straightforward to use and easy to incorporate into my routine. The powder is fine and mixes easily into my drink without adding a strong flavor, which is important to me since I don’t want to feel like I’m forcing myself to take something every day.I also appreciate that this is simply creatine monohydrate without a bunch of flavors or unnecessary extras. It gives me the flexibility to mix it into whatever I’m already drinking rather than needing a separate flavored drink just for my creatine. The container is compact and easy to store, and measuring out a serving is simple. I’ve been able to take it consistently without any issues, which is ultimately what I was looking for.As with any supplement, results aren’t something I would judge after just a couple of uses, so I can’t speak to dramatic changes. My review is based primarily on the quality, ease of use, mixability, and my experience taking it. So far, this has been an easy addition to my routine and one I’m happy to continue using.

Hubby and I both take 5 grams a day. Better cognitive function and energy. Dissolves easily in any liquid and can't taste it. Easy to take. Good results.

I did lots of research on this supplement, this one landed one of the top review in terms of the quality and independent testing. I am 49yo female, taking this as a supplement for pre-menopause. Target is improving brain function, energy and muscle changes (related to hormonal changes). I do see positive results. Just at first I had to adjust the dosage to smaller amount and build up from there (bloating). Now I take 1 scoop a day. Nearly tasteless. Definitely need extra liquid / rinse of the cup after, it tends to settle on the bottom. The only thing that worries me is the prop warning (cancer) and if I am truly buying from the advertised source, and not getting a dupe. Amazon cannot possibly screen all the sellers.

I love this creatine. I use it every day. I have these packets for back up for when I’m running out the door and don’t have time to use the big container to scoop the creatine in my cup or I’m on vacation. I do not miss a day and this doesn’t taste like anything it dissolves really nicely third-party backed. I love everything about Thorn.

Finally a creatine that doesn't cause bloating or have an aftertaste or sit at the bottom of your drink! I mix this in all liquids and smoothies and it's perfect. No flavor, mixes in completely and helps with soreness and muscle loss, fatigue etc

Migliore qualità!

Overall, no complains. Fast delivery and happy with the new creatine that I got.

Great quality creatine from Thorne. It dissolves easily, has no noticeable taste, and is very easy to add to my daily routine. I also like that the ingredient list is simple with no unnecessary additives. Thorne is a brand I trust for quality and consistency, and this product lives up to that reputation. Definitely a solid choice if you're looking for a straightforward, high-quality creatine.
