Taramp's Smart 8 Bass Class D Multi-Impedance Amplifier (1 Channel 8000 Watts RMS)

Best bass amp to date. No idea on the damping factor but sure sounds just as good as my Rockford Fosgate T2500 BDCP and much stronger. I’m running two of these 8ks on a 200AH LTO bank running each at 0.5ohm and they do phenomenal without breaking a sweat !!! Love the Smart Bass series and they’ll definitely be one to have in my ride instead of riding the shelf for years to come. Thank you Taramps!!!

Best amp ive bought by far. Love the clip light it makes tuning so much easier and and the fans really give me a peace of mind that they wont overheat. No issues with wires slipping out from screws shaking loose. Great power and definatley worth the money, i probably wont ever buy any other brand.

I have pushing two skar vxf d2 12s wire at .5 so far so good you can feel it your chest had the smart 5 wasn’t strong enough with impedance rise the 8 is good I did big three with 2 xs power secondary and big xs power as main with isolator need that isolator and have high output alternator I have drops but nothing below 12 at idle and no clipping but the 12s being rated at 1500 rms I wouldn’t imagine that there would be

i replaced a taramp 8k MD with this amp and what a difference. the MD couldn't handle 0.5hms but this amp is rated to be wired down under 1 ohm. I'm scared this amp may blow the coils on my 15s.

Make SURE you have your power up to the task here! I used 4 runs each of ground and B+ in 1/0 OFC welding cable and it used every bit of my lithium bank, twin AGM H7, and 500 farad Ultracapacitor! Crazy power and runs cool, but you NEED to invest in your electric system to run something like this!
