has anyone used this in a nespresso machine, and if so what quality of results were found?

Yes I used it on my k-145 and 2 days later my machine would no longer work I had to purchase a new one

Does this product work with a Miele built in cofee/espresso/latte maker?

I bought it with the intention of using it on my coffee maker and latte machine and while I was able to use it on my coffee maker with no problems I think I decided to use vinegar and water to clean my latte machine. I would read my cleaning instructions to see if you can but it I can't remember why I didn't use it, I think because I didn't want to bother with measurements, as I couldn't just use a whole descaling tablet. Hope this helps a little.
