Recommend!
We got two packs of these, and I'm glad we did!! They help our daughter to see in the hallway to the bathroom and in the bathroom when she has to go potty in the middle of the night. We also use one in the living area and in the kitchen for if our son is being irritable while teething so we can see without having to turn on the lights. Because he's a couch sleeper when he's not feeling well. It's awesome because they're motion censored so we dont have to rely on turning them on or off. But there is also a setting where you can have it turn on at night and stay on. For their small size, they shine bright, with different settings! They also have cute little stickers you can decorate them with if you want. My kids loved that.

Absolutely yes. Sensory peace
These are so worth it. Itโs one of my favorite parts of my home now. I donโt have to turn any lights on when I get up at night to use the bathroom or change the thermostat. It has different settings but mine is set to dim night light and then it brightens when it senses my movement in the room. I donโt have to turn a big light on and blind myself. I love it. Iโd buy it again and again. Iโve had them for about 2 years now and theyโre working wonderfully. Itโs a warm yellow lighting and you can change the brightness/motion sensor settings. I also like how theyโre visually appealing and kind of blend in.

Perfect red light sensor night light
I love these! The red light is soft and gives off just the right amount of light without being too bright, so it wonโt disturb your sleep. The motion sensor is responsive, and they work exactly as expected. Iโm very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend them.

Great for Senior Dogs!
To be honest, they are greater than I anticipated. I purchased these to help support my senior dog, who is 9 years old, during the late evening/overnight timeframe. I purchase the soft white, soft yellow, and red nightlights, for my hallways, living room, dining room, and my master bedroom/bathroom -- to help her navigate and see during the nighttime, and to ease anxiety/fear during the nighttime. I have only had them for a few days, and she has been much calmer, more confident, and more at ease during the night - no more anxiety. The motion sensor works flawlessly, the auto on/off for daytime/nighttime works flawlessly as well, so definitely eco-friendly towards your electric bill, which I appreciate. And I can dim them to where she can still see, but also not affect her vision, which is another great benefit. And the red-light nightlights in my room, do not affect my ability to go back to sleep when using the bathroom in the middle of the night -- so great for us humans too! :) I highly recommend this product if you have a senior dog, or a dog with cognitive/vision issues of any age, or you simply want a nightlight for late bathroom trips :).

Great purchase
I love these lights. They are perfect for getting up at night or early morning and not disrupting your circadian rhythm or partnerโs sleep. I love that they have brightness settings and switch off after 30-60 seconds. The sensor is very sensitive.

Prefer the previous model (without motion detection)
I have purchased both this night light as well as the previous model YUNLEX 2 Pack Plug in Dimmable Night Light which is very similar but didn't have the motion sensor. I'm only giving 4 stars because I actually prefer the the previous version -- I'll call that one "v1" and this one "v2". There are two main advertised differences -- the first is that v1 is activated by darkness, while v2 is activated by darkness *and* motion if you choose that. The second is that v1 has only 3 brightness settings (set by a sliding switch), while v2 has 5 discrete settings as well as continuous brightness adjustment (set by tapping a button or holding it down). From side-by-side testing, I can confirm that the 3 brightness settings on v1 correspond to the 1, 3, and 5 settings on v2 -- so it's the same minimum, maximum, and medium setting. So it seems like v2 should be better than v1, right? Unfortunately it's worse for me because: 1) This v2 motion sensor isn't helpful to me. I use the nightlight in my bathroom to have a gentle amber glow while I shower before bed, but the nightlight turns itself off after 60 seconds as soon as I get in the shower, since it can't detect motion through the shower curtain just a couple feet away. If it's activated by motion, why not stay on for 10 or 15 minutes? 2) This v2 darkness detector is way worse than v1. It's miscalibrated. The night-light stays on all the time, all day long, unless I've actually turned on the bright bathroom lights! In other words, it doesn't realize that the bathroom is still illuminated by daylight coming through the open door during the day. The v1 sensor requires it to be totally dark before it turns on, so it's off during the day and only turns on when it's actually night and there's no light. The v1 is calibrated correctly. 3) This v2 has a delay where it takes a couple of seconds for the light to "fade on" or "fade off", whereas the v1 turns on and off instantly. This is clearly meant to be a gentle "feature", but I don't want a fade time -- if I flip on the main light, I want my night light to turn off instantly. And if I flip *off* the main light, I want the night light to flip *on* instantly. I don't want a gradual delay. Finally, as for brightness -- honestly, you only need the three levels. This nightlight isn't that bright to begin with -- at its brightest, it's just enough to see your way around your bathroom (which is exactly what I want -- most night-lights are way TOO bright). At its dimmest, it doesn't illuminate anything but lets you know the wall is there. And the medium setting is, well, in-between. There's really no point in adding further settings like the v2 has, and it just takes you longer to cycle between all 5. Oh and one more thing -- the light sensor in the middle of this v2 just looks a little bit creepy! It's like an "eye" bugging out that's looking at you. The v1 just looks sleeker because it's a smooth flat surface on its front, without anything sticking out. So the v1 is really a perfect nightlight if you want something dim and amber-colored that helps you get or stay sleepy at night in your bathroom, and stays off during the day. I see how they were trying to improve things with this v2 version, but I think they actually made it worse. I recommend the v1 instead -- I give that 5 stars, it's basically a perfect product! So don't mess with perfection... :)

The Perfect Night Light for Better Sleep
The short story is that I have bought three sets of these night lights. I keep them in the hallways and in all of our bathrooms so that if anyone is up in the middle of the night they are met with a gentle soothing red light instead of something harsh and jarring. It makes it so much easier to settle right back to sleep. The motion sensor and dusk to dawn feature work flawlessly and the soft glow is just enough to guide you without disturbing your circadian rhythm. The lights are dimmable and the design is simple. These have become an essential part of our nighttime routine and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a healthier more sleep friendly alternative to bright white night lights.

Keep Yunkex Away From Your Bedrooms
Placed one of these sleep-supporting nightlights in the bathroom next to the sink and the second. Nightlight near the floor in the bedroom. Had rude awakenings when it detected motion in bed. Happened any place in the room. Placed it later next to the second sink in the bathroom. When you adjust the brightness, you press the chest button next to the mode electric switch. The original setting was too bright, and that is incinducive to sleep. The second dimmest was enough. Light from the phone's red light night mode was enough to get to the bathroom, where both nightlights detected the motion. There are similar products to place under beds to get you to the room. Recommend this product for the bathroom. Avoid it in the bedroom
