After using for a few months the switch is fast a part from the noisy fan it was great but recently I don't know why the traffic is getting stuck and internet speed getting slow solving it by manually reboot the device. and they don't respond to the emails for support or if there is a firmware update no website nothing to return to.

I recently purchased the 22 Port 2.5G Managed Layer 3 Network Switch, which comes with 16 x 2.5 Gigabit Base-T Ports and 6 x 10 Gigabit SFP Switch. While the switch performed well in terms of speed and was compatible with my 10gb Copper SFPs, I had to return it due to the noise level of the fans. Unfortunately, there was no way to control the fan speed, making it unsuitable for a quiet setup. If noise is not a concern for you, this switch might be a good choice, but for those seeking a quieter environment, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

You get what you pay for… This says it is a managed Layer 3 switch WITH POE. That is a flat out lie. This switch does not have POE capability. Also, ordered 1, arrived damaged with hardware floating around the box, ordered a 2nd and it came it the same way. The rack mounting ears do not line up with the machined holes in the case and so you can only install 2 per side. The noise… good lord. This thing sounds like a rocket spooling up to take off! It is easily the loudest piece of equipment in the whole room. The interface… why the Tp-Link icon appears when using their web interface is real sketch. Also, the interface is soooooo slow! Like 20-30 seconds per page to load. This is a POS switch that is being falsely advertised.
